低能日糧中添加復(fù)合酶制劑對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、養(yǎng)分利用率影響的研究

【摘要】:本研究調(diào)低日糧代謝能值,在玉米-豆粕型中添加專用復(fù)合酶制劑,旨在研究復(fù)合酶制劑對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、養(yǎng)分利用率、屠宰性能的影響。選擇健康1日齡AA肉仔雞雛雞840只(公母混合雛雞),隨機(jī)分成7個(gè)處理,每個(gè)處理6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)20只雞。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)玉米-豆粕型來(lái)說(shuō),正對(duì)照組、負(fù)對(duì)照組ADFI無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05);正對(duì)照組F:G顯著低于負(fù)對(duì)照組(P0.01)。對(duì)于22~42d和1~42d的肉雞,正對(duì)照組ADG顯著高于負(fù)對(duì)照組(P0.01)。正對(duì)照組的ADM、ACP、TDM和TCP顯著大于負(fù)對(duì)照組和加酶組(P0.01)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the performance, nutrient utilization and slaughtering performance of broilers, a special enzyme preparation was added to corn-soybean meal type to reduce the metabolic energy value of diet in order to study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the performance of broilers. A total of 840 healthy 1-day-old AA broilers (male and female mixed chicks) were randomly divided into 7 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 20 chickens per replica. The results showed that there was no significant difference in ADFI between positive control group and negative control group for corn-soybean meal type (P0.05), while F0 / G level in positive control group was significantly lower than that in negative control group (P0.01). The ADG in the positive control group was significantly higher than that in the negative control group (P0.01). The ADM,ACP,TDM and TCP of the positive control group were significantly higher than that of the negative control group and the enzyme added group (P0.01).
