撿拾器試驗臺性能參數(shù)分析與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:撿拾率和功率消耗是撿拾器兩大性能指標(biāo),影響撿拾器性能的工作參數(shù)很多,如彈齒離地高度、滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、機(jī)器前進(jìn)速度及草條密度。為此,對改進(jìn)前后的實驗臺性能做了對比分析,試驗發(fā)現(xiàn),滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、前進(jìn)速度、草條密度對撿拾器工作性能參數(shù)影響最為明顯。應(yīng)用正交試驗方法,在相同工作參數(shù)下對改進(jìn)前后試驗臺進(jìn)行對比試驗,通過IBM SPSS軟件對正交實驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行方差分析,結(jié)果表明:改進(jìn)后試驗臺性能優(yōu)于改進(jìn)前試驗臺。
[Abstract]:Picking rate and power consumption are two performance indexes of picker. There are a lot of working parameters that affect the performance of picker, such as the height of projectile tooth from the ground, the rotational speed of drum, the advance speed of machine and the density of grass strip. For this reason, the performance of the experimental bench before and after the improvement is compared and analyzed. It is found that the rotary speed, the forward speed and the grass density have the most obvious influence on the performance parameters of the picker. The orthogonal test method is used to compare the test bed before and after the improvement under the same working parameters. The results show that the performance of the improved test bed is better than that of the pre-improved test bed through the analysis of variance of the orthogonal test data by IBM SPSS software.
