不同處理對發(fā)酵稻秸稈發(fā)酵品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本文旨在研究不同處理方式對發(fā)酵稻秸稈發(fā)酵品質(zhì)的影響。試驗分為4個處理組,分別為加水200 kg/t稻秸組(對照組)、5 g/t乳酸菌+200 g/t纖維素酶+2%糖蜜+200 kg/t水稻秸組(試驗Ⅰ組)、5 g/t乳酸菌+400 g/t纖維素酶+4%糖蜜+200 kg/t水稻秸組(試驗Ⅱ組)和5 g/t乳酸菌+600 g/t纖維素酶+1%糖蜜+200 kg/t水稻秸組(試驗Ⅲ組),每組5個重復(fù)。結(jié)果表明:與對照組相比,試驗Ⅰ和Ⅲ組的p H、丙酸、氨態(tài)氮、乙酸和丁酸含量分別顯著降低了9.16%、11.20%,93.96%、90.60%,10.70%、19.57%,14.98%、40.16%和100%、100%(P0.01),但乳酸含量分別顯著升高了40.63%和59.38%(P0.01);與對照組相比,試驗Ⅱ組的干物質(zhì)和可溶性碳水化合物含量分別顯著升高了8.60%和45.59%(P0.01),而中性洗滌纖維和酸性洗滌纖維含量分別顯著降低了15.14%和13.09%(P0.01),但不同處理方式對粗脂肪和粗蛋白質(zhì)含量無顯著影響。根據(jù)V-score評分,各處理的發(fā)酵品質(zhì)級別均為良,其中試驗Ⅲ組的分數(shù)最高,對照組的分數(shù)最低。綜上所述,在稻秸稈中添加乳酸菌、纖維素酶、糖蜜和水進行混合青貯能夠改善發(fā)酵品質(zhì),提高秸稈營養(yǎng)成分,其中添加5 g/t乳酸菌、600 g/t纖維素酶、1%糖蜜和200 kg/t水混合青貯效果最好。
