【摘要】：【目的】犬骨盆具有支持體重、保護內(nèi)臟器官等重要作用。因此,及時準確地診治骨盆骨折患病動物,對恢復(fù)動物骨骼正常功能、恢復(fù)機體正常運動姿勢、減少疼痛、改善寵物生活質(zhì)量以及提高治愈率起著關(guān)鍵性的作用。本試驗旨在探討犬骨盆骨折不同骨折部位的治療方法及效果�！痉椒ā勘狙芯恳詫W習期間跟蹤收集到的臨床上25例犬骨盆骨折病例為研究對象,主要研究探討了其中接受治療的具有完整病例記錄的14例犬骨盆骨折病例的治療方法。14例骨盆骨折患犬,根據(jù)骨折部位統(tǒng)計:發(fā)生髂骨骨折的有7例,均采用骨板結(jié)合螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù);發(fā)生髖臼骨折有1例,采用鋼絲環(huán)內(nèi)固定術(shù);發(fā)生坐骨骨折的有10例,其中1例采用鋼絲環(huán)內(nèi)固定術(shù),另3例坐骨體骨折采用骨板結(jié)合螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù);發(fā)生薦髂關(guān)節(jié)脫位的有8例,其中6例采用雙螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù)、2例采用單螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù);發(fā)生髖關(guān)節(jié)脫位1例,隨其他骨折部位一同進行體內(nèi)修復(fù)。發(fā)生恥骨骨折的有9例,不進行手術(shù)治療。【結(jié)果】14例骨盆骨折患犬中,有1例發(fā)生髖關(guān)節(jié)二次脫位,另1例發(fā)生髂骨體二次骨折進行了二次手術(shù),其余12例均康復(fù)。14例患犬術(shù)后跟蹤回訪,患犬均恢復(fù)正常運動。本試驗研究的骨盆骨折治療,一次臨床手術(shù)治愈率約93%,失敗率約7%。【結(jié)論】髂骨骨折采用骨板結(jié)合螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù)、髖臼骨折采用鋼絲環(huán)內(nèi)固定術(shù)、坐骨骨折采用鋼絲環(huán)內(nèi)固定術(shù)或骨板結(jié)合螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù)以及薦髂關(guān)節(jié)脫位采用單雙/螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù)效果均較好。骨盆骨折內(nèi)固定手術(shù)治療治愈率較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: the pelvis plays an important role in supporting body weight and protecting visceral organs. Therefore, timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment of animals with pelvic fracture plays a key role in restoring normal bone function, restoring normal movement posture, reducing pain, improving pet quality of life and increasing cure rate. The purpose of this study was to investigate the treatment methods and effects of different fracture sites of canine pelvic fractures. [methods] 25 cases of canine pelvic fractures, which were collected during the course of study, were studied in this study. The treatment methods of 14 canine pelvic fractures with complete records were studied. According to the statistics of fracture site, 7 cases of iliac fracture occurred. All cases were treated with internal fixation of bone plate and screw, 1 case with acetabular fracture, 10 cases with ischium fracture, 1 case with wire ring internal fixation, The other 3 cases of sciatic body fracture were treated with plate and screw internal fixation, 8 cases with sacroiliac joint dislocation, 6 cases with double screw internal fixation, 2 cases with single screw internal fixation, 1 case with hip dislocation, Repair in vivo with other fracture sites. [results] among 14 dogs with pelvic fracture, 1 case had secondary dislocation of hip joint, and 1 case had secondary operation of iliac body fracture. The other 12 cases were recovered, 14 cases were followed back after operation, and all the dogs returned to normal movement. In the treatment of pelvic fracture, the cure rate was about 93%, the failure rate was about 7%. [conclusion] the iliac bone fracture was treated with plate and screw fixation, and the acetabular fracture with steel wire ring fixation. The internal fixation of steel wire ring or plate combined with screw and single double / screw fixation of sacroiliac joint dislocation were effective for sciatic fracture. The cure rate of internal fixation for pelvic fracture is high.
