母豬補(bǔ)飼發(fā)酵蘆筍下腳料對(duì)母豬和哺乳仔豬血清抗氧化能力、免疫功能和炎性因子含量的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究給妊娠后期和哺乳期母豬補(bǔ)飼發(fā)酵蘆筍下腳料對(duì)母豬和哺乳仔豬血清抗氧化能力、免疫功能和炎性因子含量的影響。選擇15頭膘情、胎次和預(yù)產(chǎn)期相近的妊娠母豬,隨機(jī)分成3組,每組5個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭豬。A(對(duì)照)、B和C組母豬每頭每天分別補(bǔ)飼0、0.25和0.50 kg發(fā)酵蘆筍下腳料。試驗(yàn)從母豬妊娠期的第85天開(kāi)始至產(chǎn)后第21天結(jié)束。在母豬分娩和仔豬斷奶時(shí)采集母豬耳靜脈血液,在仔豬10和21日齡時(shí)采集仔豬前腔靜脈血液,分別測(cè)定血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明:1)C組母豬在仔豬斷奶時(shí)血清超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性極顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01),在母豬分娩和仔豬斷奶時(shí)血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均極顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。B組哺乳仔豬10日齡時(shí)血清T-SOD活性顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),血清MDA含量顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。2)C組母豬在母豬分娩時(shí)血清生長(zhǎng)激素(GH)含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。3)C組母豬在母豬分娩時(shí)血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。4)B和C組母豬血清白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)含量在母豬分娩和仔豬斷奶時(shí)均極顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。C組母豬在仔豬斷奶時(shí)血清腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)含量顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。C組哺乳仔豬10日齡時(shí)血清TNF-α含量顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。綜上,每頭母豬每天補(bǔ)飼0.50 kg發(fā)酵蘆筍下腳料可增強(qiáng)其抗氧化能力和免疫功能,提高GH含量,減少炎性反應(yīng),同時(shí)可提高仔豬的抗氧化能力,減少炎性反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of supplemental feeding of fermented asparagus waste on serum antioxidant capacity, immune function and inflammatory factor content in sows and suckling piglets. Fifteen pregnant sows were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 5 repeats in each group. Each group was fed with 0.0.25 and 0.50 kg fermented asparagus offal, respectively. The trial began on day 85 of gestation in sows and ended on day 21 of postpartum. The aural vein blood of sows was collected during delivery and weaning, and the blood samples of anterior vena cava of piglets were collected at 10 and 21 days of age, and the serum indexes were measured. The results showed that the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) in group C during weaning was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.01), and the level of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) in sows during delivery and weaning was significantly lower than that in group B (P0.01). Serum T-SOD activity was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05), serum MDA content was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05). Serum growth hormone (GH) content in group C was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). The levels of white A (IgA) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) were significantly higher in group B and C than those in the control group (P0.05). The levels of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) in sows during delivery and weaning were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.01) .C groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.01). The content of factor 偽 (TNF- 偽) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). The serum TNF- 偽 content of the lactation piglets in group C was significantly lower than that in the control group at the age of 10 days (P0.05). In conclusion, the supplementation of 0.50 kg fermented asparagus waste material per day could enhance the antioxidant ability and immune function, increase the content of GH, reduce inflammatory reaction, and increase the antioxidant ability of piglets and reduce the occurrence of inflammatory reaction.
