不同水平N-氨甲酰谷氨酸對斷奶仔豬生長性能及血清生化指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:為研究不同水平N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)對斷奶仔豬生長性能、腹瀉率以及血清生化指標(biāo)的影響,本試驗(yàn)選取品種相同、胎次和體重相近的21日齡(杜×長×大)三元健康仔豬288頭,隨機(jī)分成6組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù)(公母各半),每個(gè)重復(fù)8頭仔豬。各處理組日糧中分別添加0、0.02%(Ⅰ組)、0.04%(Ⅱ組)、0.06%(Ⅲ組)、0.08%(Ⅳ組)和0.10%(Ⅴ組)的NCG。結(jié)果顯示:(1)1~18 d,Ⅴ組的日采食量較對照組提高了14.8%(P0.05);各試驗(yàn)組日增重和料重比較對照組差異不顯著(P0.05)。19~28 d,除Ⅳ組外,其余試驗(yàn)組日采食量均顯著高于對照組,分別提高10.4%(I組)、13.0%(Ⅱ組)、7.6%(Ⅲ組)、9.1%(Ⅴ組)(P0.05);I組、Ⅲ組日增重相比對照組提高20.8%和19.0%(P0.05);同時(shí),Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組、Ⅳ組的料肉比與對照組相比分別降低12.7%、7.1%、8.1%和10.2%(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)全期,日糧中添加0.02%、0.04%、0.10%NCG后,日采食量相比對照組分別提高了12.2%、12.4%和12.1%(P0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ組的日增重分別比對照組提高13.0%、14.6%、5.7%和15.5%(P0.05);日糧中添加0.02%~0.10%NCG組料重比均顯著降低(P0.05)。(2)試驗(yàn)組腹瀉率與對照組相比差異不顯著(P0.05),但有降低的趨勢。(3)各試驗(yàn)組血液常規(guī)和血清生化指標(biāo)較對照組相比雖有一定變化,但均在正常生理范圍。由此可見,NCG對斷奶仔豬健康無負(fù)面影響,且能增加仔豬日采食量與日增重,降低料重比,提高生長性能,降低腹瀉。
