【摘要】：本研究以硝酸纖維素膜為固相載體,包被氨苯砜-OVA偶聯(lián)物為檢測帶(T帶),酶標(biāo)羊抗兔二抗為質(zhì)控帶(C帶)。依據(jù)免疫競爭法原理,建立了膠體金滲濾式試紙條快速檢測動物性食品中氨苯砜的方法,最低檢出限為20μg/L。樣品前處理方法簡單,在10min內(nèi)即可目測判斷結(jié)果。經(jīng)高效液相色譜法驗證,該方法可用。該方法操作簡便、快速,適用于大批量臨場動物性食品中氨苯砜殘留的快速定性檢測。
[Abstract]:In this study, nitrocellulose membrane was used as solid carrier, coated with dapsone-OVA conjugate as detection band (T band) and enzyme labeled goat anti rabbit second antibody as quality control band (C band). Based on the principle of immune competition law, a method for rapid detection of dapsone in animal food by colloidal gold percolation strip was established. The minimum detection limit was 20 渭 g / L. The method of sample pretreatment is simple, and the results can be measured by visual method in 10min. The method was verified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The method is simple, rapid and suitable for rapid qualitative determination of dapsone residues in large batch animal food.
