蛇代謝綜合征繼發(fā)感染細菌的分離鑒定及致病性試驗

【摘要】:近年來,廣西人工飼養(yǎng)的蛇發(fā)生代謝障礙綜合征后,病死率較高,為查清原因,對臨床接診的18例蛇代謝障礙綜合征病例的心、肝、脾等臟器病料進行細菌分離鑒定,并測定分離菌對小鼠和蛇的致病力。結(jié)果從18例病蛇的不同組織器官中分離到10株細菌,PCR結(jié)合生化試驗方法,鑒定出4種細菌,分別為糞腸球菌、克氏葡萄球菌、緩慢葡萄球菌和弗格森氏大腸埃希菌,并對其進行種系發(fā)育關(guān)系分析。所鑒定的4種細菌對昆明小鼠和蛇的致病力差異較大,克氏葡萄球菌和弗格森氏大腸埃希菌對昆明小鼠有較強致病性,糞腸球菌和緩慢葡萄球菌對昆明小鼠致病力較弱;克氏葡萄球菌對眼鏡蛇有致病性,其余菌對王錦蛇、眼鏡蛇、滑鼠蛇均無致病性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the mortality of serpent metabolic disorder syndrome in Guangxi was high. In order to find out the cause, bacteria isolation and identification of heart, liver, spleen and other organ diseases were carried out in 18 cases of serpent metabolic disorder syndrome. The pathogenicity of isolated bacteria to mice and snakes was determined. Results 10 strains of bacteria were isolated from different tissues and organs of 18 cases of diseased snake. Four kinds of bacteria were identified by PCR and biochemical test. They were Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus Crosenbergii, Staphylococcus slowus and Ferguson's Escherichia coli. The phylogenetic relationship was analyzed. The pathogenicity of the four bacteria to Kunming mice and snakes was different. Staphylococcus Crosenbergii and Ferguson's Escherichia coli had strong pathogenicity to Kunming mice, while Enterococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus slowus had weak pathogenicity to Kunming mice. Staphylococcus Crosenbergii had pathogenicity to Cobra, while the other bacteria had no pathogenicity to Snake, Cobra and Mouse Snake.
