添加黃秋葵對儋州雞生長性能、屠宰性能、肉品質(zhì)及消化酶活性的影響

【摘要】:試驗旨在研究儋州雞日糧中添加黃秋葵對其生長性能、屠宰性能、肉品質(zhì)及消化酶活性的影響。選用健康、體重相近的90日齡儋州公雞120只,隨機分為5組,每組3個重復,每個重復8只雞。對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,Ⅰ~Ⅳ組分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%黃秋葵粉。試驗期28d。結(jié)果顯示:與對照組相比,Ⅰ~Ⅲ組平均日增重顯著提高(P0.05),料重比顯著降低(P0.05),Ⅳ組與對照組相比差異不顯著(P0.05);與對照組相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ組屠宰體重、屠宰率、全凈膛率、半凈膛率、胸肌重均顯著提高(P0.05),Ⅰ組除屠宰體重顯著高于對照組外(P0.05),其余指標與對照組間差異均不顯著(P0.05),Ⅳ組各指標與對照組相比差異均不顯著(P0.05);Ⅰ~Ⅲ組滴水損失率、剪切力顯著低于對照組(P0.05);熟肉率、肌肉pH顯著高于對照組(P0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ組胰腺、十二指腸、空腸中胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性均顯著高于對照組(P0.05),Ⅳ組除脂肪酶活性顯著高于對照組外(P0.05),其余與對照組間差異均不顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示,在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加黃秋葵粉的適宜比例為1.5%,可有效改善儋州雞的生長性能、屠宰性能、肉品質(zhì)及消化酶活性。
