轉(zhuǎn)CP4-EPSPS基因耐草甘膦除草劑大豆中作J9331喂養(yǎng)鵪鶉90d亞慢性毒理學(xué)研究

【摘要】:隨著轉(zhuǎn)基因耐草甘膦除草劑大豆(Glycine max)的迅速推廣及擴(kuò)大種植,其環(huán)境安全性也越來越成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本研究選取與環(huán)境密切相關(guān)的鳥類-朝鮮鵪鶉(Coturnix japonica)作為實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,隨機(jī)分成5個(gè)處理組,用含有28%和70%的耐草甘膦轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆(中作J9331)和非轉(zhuǎn)基因?qū)φ沾蠖?中黃30)以及常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)日糧飼喂鵪鶉90 d,觀察其對(duì)鵪鶉健康狀況和生理指標(biāo)的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)期間,記錄各組動(dòng)物體重和攝食量,實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)┢?收集血液解剖動(dòng)物進(jìn)行病理觀察,計(jì)算臟器系數(shù)。結(jié)果顯示,轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆喂養(yǎng)動(dòng)物90 d后,各組動(dòng)物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育良好,轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆與非轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆對(duì)照組相比,鵪鶉的血常規(guī)、血生化和臟器系數(shù)等個(gè)別指標(biāo)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),但并無生物學(xué)意義。病理檢查中,各實(shí)驗(yàn)組與基礎(chǔ)日糧對(duì)照組相比,其他臟器未觀察到有明顯的病理改變,但在肝臟切片中觀察到肝細(xì)胞脂肪變性及彌漫性纖維結(jié)締組織增生,經(jīng)評(píng)分證實(shí)該現(xiàn)象同時(shí)出現(xiàn)在實(shí)驗(yàn)組和基礎(chǔ)日糧對(duì)照組,因此認(rèn)為是肝臟自發(fā)性病變,與鵪鶉是否攝取轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆無關(guān)。研究表明,轉(zhuǎn)基因耐草甘膦除草劑大豆中作J9331與非轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆對(duì)鵪鶉具有同等的食用安全性,為轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆的商業(yè)化應(yīng)用和安全管理提供了科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)資料。
[Abstract]:With the rapid popularization and expansion of transgenic glyphosate-tolerant soybean (Glycine max), environmental safety has become the focus of attention. In this study, the Coturnix japonica, a bird closely related to the environment, was selected as the experimental animal and randomly divided into five treatment groups with 28% and 70% glyphosate tolerance. The effects of transgenic soybean (J9331) and non-transgenic soybean (Zhonghuang 30) and conventional basal diet on quail health and physiological indexes were observed for 90 days. During the experiment, the body weight and food intake were recorded. At the end of the experiment, the blood anatomical animals were collected for pathological observation and organ coefficient was calculated. Compared with the control group, the blood routine, biochemical parameters and organ coefficients of the quails were significantly different (P No obvious pathological changes were observed, but hepatocyte steatosis and diffuse fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia were observed in liver slices. The results showed that the phenomenon appeared in both experimental group and basal diet control group. Therefore, it was considered that hepatic spontaneous lesion was not related to the intake of GM soybean by quails. As J9331 in glyphosate-tolerant soybeans and non-GM soybeans have the same food safety to quails, it provides scientific data for commercial application and safety management of GM soybeans.
