【摘要】：為了解山東省貂源銅綠假單胞菌(PA)的血清型分布,本研究從部分市縣采集的山東77份水貂肺臟病料樣品中分離PA,并進行生化鑒定、分子生物學鑒定、血清學鑒定、生長曲線測定和半數(shù)致死量(LD_(50))測定。結果顯示,共分離獲得53株PA,分別屬于11個血清型,其中G型27株、B型5株、D型4株。其他血清型分離株較少。其中G、B和D型分離株SD004、SD050、SD052生長性能良好,對小鼠的LD50分別為1.99×10~(10) cfu、2.51×10~(10)cfu、5.62×10~(10)cfu。該研究為水貂出血性肺炎滅活疫苗菌株的選擇提供實驗依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the distribution of serotype of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) from mink in Shandong Province, PA, was isolated from 77 samples of mink lung diseases collected from some cities and counties in Shandong Province, and identified by biochemical identification, molecular biological identification and serological identification. Growth curve and half lethal dose (LD_ _ (50) were measured. The results showed that 53 strains of PA, belonged to 11 serotypes, including 27 strains of G type B and 5 strains of D type. Other serotype isolates were less. The growth performance of SD004,SD050,SD052 was good, and the LD50 to mice was 1.99 脳 10 ~ (10) cfu,2.51 脳 10 ~ (10) cfu,5.62 脳 10 ~ (10) cfu., respectively. This study provides experimental basis for the selection of inactivated vaccine strains of mink hemorrhagic pneumonia.
