【摘要】：正維生素A(vitamin A)具有營養(yǎng)和免疫雙重性質功能,既能滿足機體對營養(yǎng)的需要,又能影響機體免疫功能。維生素A對免疫功能的影響主要體現(xiàn)在上皮組織免疫、免疫系統(tǒng)、免疫機制及免疫途徑等幾方面。本文主要論述維生素A對免疫系統(tǒng)及其免疫功能的影響。免疫系統(tǒng)包括免疫器官、免疫細胞和免疫分子。如果維生素A的添加量滿足不了機體的需要,就會引起免疫系統(tǒng)的非正常狀態(tài),影響機體的免疫能力,導致機體發(fā)病率升高。因此,研究維生素A
