22~42日齡肉仔雞飼糧粗蛋白最低需要量的研究
[Abstract]:The minimum requirement of crude protein in the corn-soybean meal diet of 22 ~ 42-day-old broiler was studied by feeding experiment and nitrogen metabolism test. Three hundred and sixty 22-day-old AA broiler chicks were divided into 6 groups according to their body weight, 10 cages in each treatment group and 6 chickens in each repeated cage. The measured crude protein levels were 19.87% (control group) and 16.81% (15.75% and 14.88%) of corn-soybean meal diet for 21 days, respectively. Nitrogen metabolism test was carried out at the age of 38 ~ 42 days. The results showed that dietary crude protein level had significant effects on daily gain, feed gain ratio, abdominal fat rate, pectoralis drop loss, leg muscle A * and b *, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, uric acid, Newcastle disease antibody titer. Nitrogen emission and apparent nitrogen utilization efficiency (P0.05). When the dietary crude protein level decreased from 19.87% to 17.63%, the above indexes were not significantly different from those of the control group (P0.05), but significantly decreased the fecal nitrogen emissions (P0.05), and when the dietary crude protein level further decreased to 16.81% and below, The daily gain of broilers decreased significantly (P0.05), while the ration of feed consumption increased significantly (P0.05), abdominal fat rate, pectoralis drop loss, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride increased significantly (P0.05), and the titer of Newcastle disease antibody decreased significantly. It was suggested that the minimum requirement of crude protein in the corn-soybean meal diet of 22 ~ 42 days old broilers should be 17.63%.
