【摘要】：嗜乳脂蛋白(BTN1A1)是包括BTN2A1、BTN2A2、BTN3A1、BTN3A2和BTN3A3等多個成員的乳脂肪球膜蛋白家族;BTN1A1與乳脂滴的合成和分泌密切相關(guān),研究主要對BTN1A1基因結(jié)構(gòu)和功能進行綜述,并為提高乳脂率提供一定的理論支持。
[Abstract]:Milk lipoprotein (BTN1A1) is a family of milkfat globular membrane protein (BTN1A1) including BTN2A1,BTN2A2,BTN3A1,BTN3A2 and BTN3A3, which is closely related to the synthesis and secretion of lactic acid droplets. The structure and function of BTN1A1 gene were reviewed. It also provides some theoretical support for improving milk fat rate.
