飼糧維生素C添加水平對大通牦牛精液品質(zhì)和抗氧化功能的影響

【摘要】:選用體質(zhì)量(1 030±90)kg的健康大通牦牛種公牛24頭,采用單因子試驗設(shè)計,隨機區(qū)組法分為4組,分別為對照組(基礎(chǔ)日糧)、Ⅰ組(基礎(chǔ)日糧+200mg/kg維生素C),Ⅱ組(基礎(chǔ)日糧+400mg/kg維生素C)、Ⅲ組(基礎(chǔ)日糧+600mg/kg維生素C),試驗周期120d。結(jié)果顯示:飼糧中維生素C的添加顯著提高牦牛精清中維生素C的含量,與對照組相比顯著升高(P0.01);與對照組相比,日糧中維生素C的添加,顯著提高了牦牛射精總量、精子密度、鮮精和凍精活力以及精子頂體完整率,降低精子的畸形率;但600mg/kg組牦牛精液品質(zhì)與400mg/kg組相比有不同程度的降低。與對照組相比,飼糧中不同水平維生素C的添加顯著提高牦牛精清中總抗氧化能力(TAOC)、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性(P0.01),降低精液中活性氧(ROS)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P0.01)。結(jié)果表明:大通牦牛種公牛日糧中合理的維生素C添加劑量為400mg/kg。
