溫度馴化對肉雞生產(chǎn)性能及部分血清生化指標的影響

【摘要】:為研究肉雞高溫馴化對生產(chǎn)性能及再次高溫暴露生化指標變化的影響,本試驗將30只21 d肉雞隨機均分為對照組、試驗Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組。對照組標準環(huán)境溫度飼養(yǎng),試驗Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組分別高溫(32±1)℃,6 h/d馴化1 d和3 d。1周后環(huán)境溫度升至(32±1)℃,持續(xù)6 h后翅下靜脈采血2 mL,分離血清,測定生化指標。結(jié)果表明,與對照組相比,試驗Ⅰ組料肉比、血清肌酐(CREA)、天門冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶(γ-GT)、葡萄糖(GLU)顯著降低(P005),試驗Ⅱ組料肉比顯著增加(P005),體重、增重、血清AST、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-GT、尿素氮顯著降低(P005)。此外,與試驗Ⅰ組相比,試驗Ⅱ組的料肉比顯著增加(P005),體重、增重、ALT,ALP、GLU顯著降低(P005)。結(jié)果提示,高溫馴化影響肉雞的生產(chǎn)性能,但減少肝腎功能的損傷。
