【摘要】：本次試驗(yàn)以伊犁河谷地區(qū)昭蘇馬場(chǎng)的30匹伊犁馬為研究對(duì)象,研究伊犁馬胎次(第4胎次、第7胎次、第8胎次)、泌乳月份(8月、9月、10月)、采樣時(shí)間點(diǎn)(11、13、16時(shí))對(duì)乳脂率的影響。伊犁馬一般于7月份開(kāi)始泌乳,第一個(gè)月不擠奶,用于哺育馬駒。即試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始于8月份,根據(jù)伊犁馬乳房的生理特點(diǎn),每匹馬每10 d采一次奶樣,每次采集4個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)的奶樣,用量筒稱量,每個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)采集50 mL奶樣,并利用乳成分測(cè)定儀測(cè)定馬匹的乳脂率,分析乳脂率的影響因素,通過(guò)響應(yīng)曲面的分析獲得最佳變量水平。采用Design-Expert 8.0.5軟件中的Box-Behnken Design響應(yīng)曲面法對(duì)影響乳品品質(zhì)的因素不同胎次、不同時(shí)間段和不同泌乳月份進(jìn)行探討。設(shè)計(jì)3因素3水平的試驗(yàn),建立數(shù)學(xué)模型。結(jié)果顯示不同胎次與不同擠乳時(shí)間段、不同泌乳月份與不同胎次的交互作用對(duì)乳脂率有顯著影響P0.05)。二次多元回歸模型為:Y=0.85+0.026X1+0.073X2-0.044X3+0.075X1X2-0.093X1X3+0.01X2X3-0.11X12-0.014X22-0.016X32。P0.01,表明模型高度顯著,模型的調(diào)整確定系數(shù)R2adj為0.7649,說(shuō)明該模型能解釋76.49%響應(yīng)值的變化,可以用此模型對(duì)乳脂率進(jìn)行分析和預(yù)測(cè)。同時(shí)得出在伊犁馬第8胎次、采樣時(shí)間點(diǎn)為16時(shí)、泌乳月份為8月時(shí),乳脂率為最佳水平,為1.01%。
[Abstract]:The effects of birth order (4th, 7th, 8th), milk months (August, September, October) and sampling time (1113, 16:00) on milk fat rate of 30 Yili horses in Zhaosu horse farm in Yili River Valley area were studied. Ili horses generally start lactation in July, the first month not milking, used for feeding pony. That is, the experiment began in August. According to the physiological characteristics of the breasts of the Yili horse, the milk samples were collected once every 10 days, and the milk samples were collected at four time points each time. The milk samples were measured with a measuring tube and 50 mL milk samples were collected at each time point. The milk fat percentage of the horse was measured by milk component analyzer, the influencing factors of milk fat rate were analyzed, and the best variable level was obtained by the analysis of the response surface. The Box-Behnken Design response surface method of Design-Expert 8.0.5 software was used to study the factors affecting dairy quality, such as different birth order, different time period and different lactation month. Three factors and three levels of experiments were designed and mathematical models were established. The results showed that the interaction of different milking months and different milking times had a significant effect on the milk fat rate (P0.05). The quadratic multivariate regression model is 0. 85 0.026X1 0.073X2-0.044X3 0.075X1X2-0.093X1X3 0.01X2X3-0.11X12-0.014X22-0.016X32.P0.01, which indicates that the model has a significant model height, and the adjusted determination coefficient (R2adj) of the model is 0.7649, which indicates that the model can explain the change of the response value of 76.49%, and the milk fat rate can be analyzed and predicted by this model. At the same time, at the 8th parity of Yili horse, the sampling time point is 16:00, and the milk fat rate is 1.01when the milk month is August.
