【摘要】：近年來,內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)肉羊養(yǎng)殖業(yè)由散養(yǎng)化向規(guī)�；⒓s化轉(zhuǎn)變。但是在此過程中,在舍飼條件下對綿羊消化道線蟲病的流行情況尚不清楚。針對這一情況,本文在對巴彥淖爾市臨河區(qū)舍飼綿羊消化道線蟲病的流行規(guī)律進行調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對該地區(qū)不同出生時間的全舍飼羔羊首次感染消化道線蟲的排卵情況進行了動態(tài)觀察。結(jié)果顯示:6月出生的夏羔在9月齡以前沒有觀察到消化道線蟲蟲卵的排出;9月出生的秋羔在翌年4月首次觀察到了奧拉齊細(xì)頸線蟲蟲卵,羔羊平均月齡為7月齡;12月出生的冬羔在翌年的6月首次觀察奧拉齊細(xì)頸線蟲蟲卵,最早排卵羔羊為6月齡;3月出生的春羔在翌年的9月首次檢出捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲(Haemonchus.contortus)、蛇形毛圓線蟲(Trichostrongylus.colubriformis)和奧拉齊細(xì)頸線蟲(Nematodirus.oiratianus)3種消化道線蟲蟲卵,羔羊平均月齡為6月齡。舍飼羔羊1a中首次發(fā)現(xiàn)消化道線蟲蟲卵的順序為奧拉齊細(xì)頸線蟲,捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲和蛇形毛圓線蟲。羔羊最早感染消化道線蟲的年齡為5月齡。羔羊消化道線蟲的排卵的季節(jié)動態(tài)的研究結(jié)果顯示:捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲和蛇形毛圓線蟲全年呈現(xiàn)1個高峰期,高峰期為9月;奧拉齊細(xì)頸線蟲則有2個高峰期,首個高峰期在5月,第2個高峰期在10月。由此推斷,捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲和蛇形毛圓線蟲的感染時間為6到10月,奧拉齊細(xì)頸線蟲的感染時間為4到10月。
[Abstract]:In recent years, mutton sheep farming in Inner Mongolia has changed from scattered farming to scale and intensive. But during this process, the prevalence of digestive tract nematode disease in sheep was not clear under the condition of house feeding. In view of this situation, based on the investigation and study of the epidemic law of nematode disease in the digestive tract of sheep in Linhe district of Bayan Nur city, The ovulation of whole house feeding lambs infected with digestive tract nematodes for the first time in this area was observed dynamically. The results showed that the egg excretion of nematodes in digestive tract was not observed in summer lambs born in June, and that in autumn lambs born in September was observed for the first time in April of the following year. The average monthly age of the lamb was 7 months, and the winter lamb born in December was observed for the first time in June of the following year. The earliest ovulation lamb was 6 months old and the spring lamb born in March was the first to detect three kinds of digestive tract nematode eggs (Haemonchus.contortus, Trichostrongylus.colubriformis and Nematodirus.oiratianus) in September of the following year. The average age of lamb was 6 months. For the first time in 1 year, the order of eggs of nematodes in the digestive tract of lambs was Auracia australis, Haematoxylus twirlissima and nematode serpentine. The earliest infection age of lambs was 5 months old. The results of seasonal study on ovulation dynamics of nematode in digestive tract of lamb showed that there was a peak period in the whole year, the peak period was September, and the first peak was in May. The second peak was in October. It is inferred that the infection time of the nematode and the nematode is from June to October, and the infection time is from April to October.
