大黃對山羊瘤胃微生物區(qū)系與甲烷生成的影響

【摘要】:本論文研究大黃對山羊瘤胃微生物區(qū)系與甲烷生成的影響。通過體外發(fā)酵試驗(yàn)研究試驗(yàn)研究大黃及其蒽醌類提取物大黃素對體外模擬瘤胃發(fā)酵和甲烷生成的影響,通過動物飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)研究大黃對山羊瘤胃微生物區(qū)系和甲烷生成的影響,并用熒光定量PCR等研究微生物區(qū)系變化。體外模擬瘤胃試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:與對照組相比,2.5 mg/mL大黃和0.24 mg/mL大黃素顯著降低乙酸、異丁酸和乙丙比(P0.05),添加大黃和大黃素(≥1.0 mg/mL)顯著(P0.05)降低了甲烷含量及其產(chǎn)量。動物飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)表明,大黃顯著降低了山羊胃腸道甲烷排放量,但對原蟲、真菌、甲烷菌、白色瘤胃球菌、黃色瘤胃球菌、產(chǎn)琥珀酸絲狀桿菌、反芻獸月形單胞菌的數(shù)量影響不明顯。全文結(jié)論:大黃可以顯著抑制山羊胃腸道甲烷排放量,但對微生物區(qū)系沒有顯著影響,大黃可能是通過抑制甲烷菌的活性來抑制甲烷排放的。
[Abstract]:The effect of rhubarb on rumen microbial flora and methane production in goats was studied in this paper. The effects of rhubarb and its anthraquinone extract emodin on rumen fermentation and methane production were studied in vitro, and the effects of rhubarb on rumen microbial flora and methane production were studied by animal feeding test. The floristic changes of microbes were studied by fluorescence quantitative PCR.
