超聲波輔助高壓法提取金針菇黃酮工藝的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為了探討超聲波輔助高壓法提取金針菇黃酮的最適條件,試驗(yàn)采用單因素試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn)的方法,研究了固液比、超聲波功率、超聲時(shí)間、高壓時(shí)間及高壓溫度對(duì)黃酮得率的影響,并以金針菇黃酮得率為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),優(yōu)化提取工藝。結(jié)果表明:超聲波輔助高壓法提取金針菇黃酮的最優(yōu)條件是固液比1∶45,超聲波功率300 W,超聲時(shí)間6 min,高壓溫度115℃,高壓時(shí)間40 min,按照此工藝條件金針菇黃酮得率可達(dá)16.53%。說(shuō)明利用超聲波輔助高壓法提取金針菇黃酮效果較好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the optimum conditions of extracting Flammulina velutipes flavonoids by ultrasonic assisted high pressure method, the solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test. The effect of high pressure time and temperature on flavonoid yield was studied. The extraction process was optimized with Flammulina velutipes flavonoids yield as evaluation index.
