中國(guó)奶業(yè)區(qū)域布局及發(fā)展研究

【摘要】：從傳統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)代兩個(gè)維度梳理了奶業(yè)區(qū)域分布特點(diǎn),從草場(chǎng)資源、水資源、生產(chǎn)力和飼料供給以及加工和消費(fèi)等維度設(shè)置了22個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)京津滬奶牛優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)、東北內(nèi)蒙古奶牛優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)、華北奶牛優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)、西北奶牛優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)進(jìn)行分析.指出了四大奶業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)域的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、存在問(wèn)題及其發(fā)展建議:京津滬奶牛優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū),建議以科技帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展;東北內(nèi)蒙古奶牛優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)。建議促進(jìn)單產(chǎn)水平穩(wěn)步提高;華北奶牛優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū),建議調(diào)整奶牛存欄結(jié)構(gòu);西北奶牛優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū),建議提高投資力度。
[Abstract]:The regional distribution characteristics of dairy industry were combed from the traditional and modern dimensions. 22 indexes were set up from the aspects of grassland resources, water resources, productivity and feed supply, as well as processing and consumption, to the dominant areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai dairy cows. The dominant areas of dairy cows in Inner Mongolia, North China and Northwest China were analyzed. The paper points out the development advantages of the four dominant regions of dairy industry, and points out the existing problems and suggestions for their development: Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai dairy cow predominance zone, suggesting that science and technology should be used to promote the development of the industry, and the northeast Inner Mongolia dairy cow dominant area. It is suggested that the level of unit yield should be improved steadily, the dominant area of North China dairy cattle should be adjusted, and the structure of dairy cattle stock should be adjusted, and that the investment should be increased in the dominant area of northwest dairy cow.
