【摘要】：為了解不同文化程度農(nóng)戶畜禽養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模的差異問題,運用無條件分位數(shù)回歸與FEL差異分解方法,利用全國7個省份蛋雞規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)展開了實證研究。結(jié)果表明:高中以下、高中及以上兩類受教育水平農(nóng)戶的經(jīng)營規(guī)模間存在明顯差異,且差異在整體規(guī)模分布上呈上升趨勢;兩類農(nóng)戶的養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模受到不同決策機制的制約;農(nóng)戶的資源稟賦和外部環(huán)境對差異具有一定影響,但教育水平分割是造成差異的主要原因。據(jù)此,提出針對不同受教育水平農(nóng)戶采取差異化的規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖發(fā)展政策,以多種方式提升農(nóng)村教育水平,并在現(xiàn)階段重點推動高中教育在農(nóng)村中的普及,以及加快土地流轉(zhuǎn)、加強規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖的政策扶持與農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the difference of livestock and poultry breeding scale among farmers with different educational levels, an empirical study was carried out by using the method of unconditional quantile regression and FEL differential decomposition, and using the investigation data of laying hens in 7 provinces in China. The results show that there are obvious differences in the scale of management between the two types of educated farmers below senior high school and above, and the difference shows an upward trend in the overall scale distribution, and the scale of farming of the two types of farmers is restricted by different decision-making mechanisms. The resource endowment and external environment of farmers have a certain influence on the difference, but the division of education level is the main reason for the difference. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward a policy of large-scale farming development for farmers with different levels of education, in order to improve the level of rural education in various ways, and at the present stage to promote the popularization of senior high school education in rural areas, and to speed up the transfer of land. Strengthen the policy support of large-scale aquaculture and agricultural technology extension policy recommendations.
