【摘要】：患犬為6歲雌性金毛犬,發(fā)現(xiàn)頸部有一腫塊,手術(shù)切除腫塊后經(jīng)福爾馬林溶液固定制作組織切片,常規(guī)H.E.染色,組織學(xué)檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)腫塊內(nèi)皮脂腺樣結(jié)構(gòu)大量異常增生,腺上皮細(xì)胞顯著增多,腺腔內(nèi)有均質(zhì)紅染的分泌物。綜合分析診斷為皮脂腺腺瘤。
[Abstract]:A 6-year-old female Golden Retriever, a 6-year-old female, was found to have a lump in the neck. The tumor was surgically removed and fixed with formalin solution to make tissue sections. Staining and histological examination showed that a large number of dysplastic sebaceous glands were found in the mass, the number of glandular epithelial cells was significantly increased, and there were homogeneous reddish secretions in the glandular lumen.
