【摘要】：為研究湖羊在西北高寒地區(qū)的適應性,本試驗選擇引入天�？h的舍飼3,6,12,24月齡湖羊各12只(公、母各半),測定其夏季生理、生化指標,分析性別、月齡因子及兩者交互作用對天祝地區(qū)湖羊生理、生化指標的影響。結(jié)果表明,性別因子對平均紅細胞血紅蛋白濃度影響顯著(P0.05),對谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶影響極顯著(P0.01);月齡因子對呼吸、白細胞數(shù)、紅細胞數(shù)、血小板數(shù)目、平均血小板體積、堿性磷酸酶和總膽固醇的影響顯著(P0.05),對體溫、平均紅細胞血紅蛋白含量、平均紅細胞血紅蛋白濃度、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和乳酸脫氫酶的影響極顯著(P0.01);性別和月齡的交互作用對平均紅細胞血紅蛋白濃度和葡萄糖有顯著影響(P0.05),對乳酸脫氫酶有極顯著的影響(P0.01)。各月齡試驗羊只的生理和血液生理、生化指標雖與原產(chǎn)地及低海拔引種地區(qū)有差異,但均在正常范圍內(nèi),在當?shù)乇憩F(xiàn)出良好的適應性,為湖羊在西北高寒地區(qū)的引種及推廣提供了科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the adaptability of Hu sheep in the high and cold region of northwest China, the experiment selected 12 Hu sheep (male and half female) introduced into Tianzhu County, 12 sheep (male and half female) to analyze their physiological and biochemical indexes in summer and sex analysis. Effects of monthly age factors and their interactions on physiological and biochemical indexes of Hu sheep in Tianzhu area. The results showed that gender factors had significant effects on mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration (P0.05) and on glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (P0.01), age factors had significant effects on respiration, white blood cell count, erythrocyte count, platelet count, mean platelet volume, The effects of alkaline phosphatase and total cholesterol on body temperature, mean erythrocyte hemoglobin content, mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration, alanine aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase were significant (P0.05). The effects of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and lactate dehydrogenase were very significant (P0.01), the interaction of sex and age had significant effects on the mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration and glucose (P0.05), and on lactate dehydrogenase (P0.01). The physiological and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of each month old sheep were different from those of origin and low altitude, but they all showed good adaptability in the local area. It provides scientific basis for the introduction and popularization of Hu sheep in the northwest alpine region.
