腸黏膜上皮組織緊密連接的生物學(xué)功能和作用機(jī)理

【摘要】:緊密連接(TJ)是腸黏膜上皮細(xì)胞間的主要連接方式,對(duì)維持黏膜上皮細(xì)胞極性及調(diào)節(jié)腸屏障的通透性發(fā)揮著重要的作用。TJ在黏膜上皮細(xì)胞間形成限制溶質(zhì)和物質(zhì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的細(xì)胞屏障?偟膩(lái)說(shuō),TJ的結(jié)構(gòu)可以概括為跨膜屏障蛋白與周?chē)哪_手架蛋白組成的間隔。在這個(gè)復(fù)雜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)中有許多相關(guān)的信號(hào)蛋白,影響屏障和更廣泛的細(xì)胞功能。本文從TJ在腸黏膜上皮中的生物學(xué)功能、分子調(diào)控機(jī)制及當(dāng)前研究現(xiàn)狀等作綜合闡述。
[Abstract]:Tight junction of (TJ) is the main connection between intestinal epithelial cells, which plays an important role in maintaining the polarity of mucosal epithelial cells and regulating the permeability of intestinal barrier. TJ forms a cell barrier between mucosal epithelial cells that restricts solute and substance movement. In general, the structure of TJ can be summarized as the interval between the transmembrane barrier protein and the surrounding scaffold protein. In this complex network there are many associated signaling proteins that affect the barrier and wider cellular functions. In this paper, the biological function of TJ in intestinal mucosal epithelium, the mechanism of molecular regulation and the current research status are reviewed.
