不同處理的玉米秸稈對肉兔顆粒飼料質(zhì)量、養(yǎng)分消化率和生產(chǎn)性能的影響

【摘要】:本課題旨在研究不同處理的玉米秸稈對伊拉兔表觀消化率、生產(chǎn)性能和血液指標的影響。本試驗選用2月齡,體重在2kg左右,健康狀況良好的伊拉肉兔隨機分成四組:處理組1為對照組,喂養(yǎng)含25%普通玉米秸稈的基礎(chǔ)飼糧;處理2喂養(yǎng)含25%膨化玉米秸稈的基礎(chǔ)飼糧;處理組3喂養(yǎng)含25%發(fā)酵玉米秸稈的基礎(chǔ)飼糧;處理組4喂養(yǎng)含25%膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈的基礎(chǔ)飼糧,測試不同處理組中各營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的表觀消化率及伊拉肉兔相關(guān)生長性能指標和血液指標。研究結(jié)果表明:1.膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組、發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組和膨化玉米秸稈組的顆粒硬度均高于普通玉米秸稈組,差異顯著(P0.05);膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組和發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組的含粉率顯著高于膨化玉米秸稈組和普通玉米秸稈組(P0.05);粉化率各組之間差異均不顯著(P0.05)。2.經(jīng)過膨化后再發(fā)酵處理的玉米秸稈中的總能、粗蛋白含量、鈣含量、磷含量以及無氮浸出物含量高于發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組、膨化玉米秸稈組和普通玉米秸稈組。干物質(zhì)含量、粗纖維含量、酸性洗滌纖維含量以及中性洗滌纖維含量,膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組和發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組均低于膨化玉米秸稈組和普通玉米秸稈組。3.膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組、發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組和膨化玉米秸稈組的表觀消化能均高于普通玉米秸稈組,差異顯著(P0.05),膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組和發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組的總能消化率高于膨化玉米秸稈組和普通玉米秸稈組,差異顯著(P0.05)。4.肉兔對不同處理組中各營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的表觀消化率具有一定的差異性。其中干物質(zhì)表觀消化率、粗蛋白表觀消化率、纖維表觀消化率、無氮浸出物的表觀消化率,膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組最高,雖高于發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組,但差異并不顯著(P0.05):膨化后再發(fā)酵和發(fā)酵兩組都高于膨化玉米秸稈組和普通玉米秸稈組,差異極顯著(P0.01);膨化玉米秸稈組和普通玉米秸稈組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。鈣和磷的表觀消化率,膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組和發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組均高于膨化玉米秸稈組和普通玉米秸稈組,差異顯著(P0.05)。5.膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈處理組中血清尿素氮含量和免疫球蛋白含量分別為8.29mmol/L、3.11g/L,與其他三組差異極顯著(P0.01),比發(fā)酵玉米秸稈處理組分別增加了 17.2%、18.7%;比膨化玉米秸稈處理組分別增加了 23.3%、19.1%;比普通玉米秸稈處理組分別增加了 20.7%、21%。6.膨化后再發(fā)酵玉米秸稈處理組日增重為30.5g/d,比發(fā)酵玉米秸稈處理組增加了2.6%,與發(fā)酵玉米秸稈組差異不顯著(P0.05),與膨化玉米秸稈組和普通玉米秸稈組差異極顯著(P0.01),比膨化玉米秸稈處理組增加了 16.2%;比普通玉米秸稈處理組增加了 17.3%。7.四組處理組的料重比、屠宰率、全凈膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率等指標數(shù)據(jù)差異不顯著(P0.05),四組處理對伊拉肉兔料重比、屠宰率、全凈膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率等指標沒有影響。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different treatments of corn straw on apparent digestibility, production performance and blood index of Ela rabbits. In this experiment, two months old, weight about 2kg, good health condition of Eira meat rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: treatment group 1 as the control group, fed with 25% common corn straw basic diet; Treatment group 2 fed basic diet containing 25% expanded corn straw; treatment group 3 fed basic diet containing 25% fermented corn straw; treatment group 4 fed basic diet containing 25% expanded corn straw; The apparent digestibility of nutrients and the related growth performance index and blood index were measured in different treatment groups. The apparent digestibility of corn straw group, fermented corn straw group and expanded corn straw group were higher than that of common corn straw group. The difference was significant (P0.05). The total energy digestibility of the expanded and fermented corn straw groups was higher than that of the expanded corn straw group and the common corn straw group, and the difference was significant (P0.05). 4. The apparent digestibility of nutrients in different treatment groups was different in meat rabbits. Among them, dry matter apparent digestibility, crude protein apparent digestibility, fiber apparent digestibility, nitrogen-free extract apparent digestibility were the highest, although higher than fermented corn straw group. But the difference was not significant (P0.05): the two groups were higher than the extruded corn straw group and the ordinary corn straw group, the difference was extremely significant (P0.01); the difference between the expanded corn straw group and the ordinary corn straw group was not significant (P0.05). The apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorus in the expanded and fermented corn straw groups and the fermenting corn straw groups were higher than those in the expanded corn straw group and the common corn straw group, and the difference was significant (P0.05).
