四黃止痢顆粒中幾種有效成分的薄層鑒別研究

【摘要】:為建立和完善四黃止痢顆粒的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),本試驗(yàn)采用薄層色譜法對(duì)四黃止痢顆粒中的黃連、黃柏、大黃、黃芩、板藍(lán)根進(jìn)行鑒別,對(duì)展開劑、展開溫度、展開濕度、薄層板來源、薄層板批號(hào)、顯色條件等因素進(jìn)行考察。試驗(yàn)以環(huán)己烷-乙酸乙酯-異丙醇-甲醇-水-三乙胺(3∶3.5∶1∶1.5∶0.5∶1)為展開劑,置氨蒸氣預(yù)飽和的展開缸內(nèi)展開,置紫外光燈(365nm)下檢視鑒別黃連、黃柏;以乙酸乙酯-丁酮-甲酸-水(5∶3∶1∶1)為展開劑展開,噴以2%三氯化鐵乙醇溶液檢測(cè)黃芩的存在;以正丁醇-冰醋酸-水(19∶5∶5)為展開劑展開,熱風(fēng)吹干后噴以茚三酮試液,在105℃加熱檢視鑒別板藍(lán)根。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在考察條件下,目標(biāo)物斑點(diǎn)清晰、無(wú)拖尾,陰性對(duì)照無(wú)干擾,方法專屬性強(qiáng),重現(xiàn)性好。
[Abstract]:In order to establish and improve the quality standard of Sihuang Zhili granules, TLC was used to identify Coptis chinensis, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Scutellariae and Radix Isatidis root. The origin, batch number and color condition of thin plate were investigated. Cyclohexane-ethyl acetate, isopropanol, methanol, water and triethylamine (3: 5: 1: 1: 1.5: 0.51) were used as the developing agent, and the ammonia vapor presaturated expansion cylinder was used to detect and identify Coptis chinensis and Copperwood chinensis by 365nm. The presence of Scutellaria baicalensis was detected with ethyl acetate, butanone, formic acid-water (5: 3: 1: 1) as the developing agent, and the presence of baicalin with 2% ferric chloride ethanol solution, and with n-butanol-glacial acetic acid-water (19:5:5) as the developing agent. The hot air was dryened and the indene-trione solution was sprayed to examine the identification of Radix Isatidis at 105 鈩,
