【摘要】：在改進前后彈齒滾筒式牧草撿拾器實驗臺上進行了紫花苜蓿的對比單因素和正交試驗,研究了滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、機器前進速度和牧草含水率對于功率消耗和漏撿率的影響。單因素試驗結(jié)果表明:滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、機器前進速度和含水率對功率消耗和漏撿率的影響顯著;隨著滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速和含水率的增大,功率消耗呈上升趨勢,漏撿率呈下降趨勢;隨著機器前進速度的增加,功率消耗呈上升趨勢,漏撿率呈先下降后上升的趨勢。正交試驗結(jié)果表明:改進前后試驗臺對于功率消耗和漏撿率影響的主次順序是滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、機器前進速度和含水率。采用綜合平衡法最終得到改進前后試驗臺的最優(yōu)組合。
[Abstract]:The single factor and orthogonal experiments of alfalfa were carried out on the experimental bench of the improved forage picker with drum type, and the effects of rotary speed, moving speed of machine and moisture content of forage grass on power consumption and leakage rate were studied. The results of single factor test show that the rotary speed of the drum, the advance speed of the machine and the moisture content have a significant effect on the power consumption and the leakage rate, and with the increase of the rotary speed and moisture content of the drum, the power consumption is on the rise, and the leakage picking rate is decreasing. With the increase of the advance speed of the machine, the power consumption is on the rise, and the leakage rate is decreasing first and then rising. The orthogonal test results show that the primary and secondary order of the influence of the improved test bench on power consumption and leakage rate is the rotary speed of the roller, the moving speed of the machine and the moisture content of the machine. Finally, the optimal combination of the improved test bench is obtained by using the comprehensive balance method.
