【摘要】：犬貓皮膚癬菌病是小動物臨床一種常見的皮膚病,該病不僅影響犬貓的外觀,且可導致犬貓的瘙癢,嚴重時可引起疼痛,并顯著增加畜主感染皮膚癬菌的幾率,嚴重危害著動物及人類的健康。由于犬貓皮膚癬菌病本身的鑒別難度大、治療周期長、復發(fā)率高及相關(guān)地域和環(huán)境因素的影響,導致近年來該病普遍流行并給臨床診療工作帶來極大困難。臨床上可根據(jù)病史調(diào)查、臨床檢查、病原分離鑒定、皮膚病理組織活檢等對該病進行診斷,并通過局部用藥結(jié)合全身治療,科學合理選用抗真菌藥物,加強飼養(yǎng)管理等措施綜合防制犬貓皮膚癬菌病。
[Abstract]:Dermatophytosis in dogs and cats is a common skin disease in small animals. It not only affects the appearance of dogs and cats, but also causes itching in dogs and cats, causing pain in severe cases, and significantly increasing the risk of infection with tinea dermatophytes. It seriously endangers the health of animals and human beings. Due to the difficulty of distinguishing dermatophytosis in dogs and cats, the long treatment cycle, the high recurrence rate and the influence of related regional and environmental factors, the disease is prevalent in recent years and brings great difficulties to clinical diagnosis and treatment. Clinically, the disease can be diagnosed according to the history investigation, clinical examination, pathogen isolation and identification, skin biopsy and so on, and the antifungal drugs can be selected scientifically and reasonably through local medication combined with systemic treatment. To strengthen the management and other measures to prevent and control dog and cat dermatophytosis.
