西鎮(zhèn)牛微衛(wèi)星DNA與生長發(fā)育性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)性分析

【摘要】:【目的】分析12個微衛(wèi)星DNA與西鎮(zhèn)牛長發(fā)育性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)性,為西鎮(zhèn)牛品種資源保護和開發(fā)利用提供理論依據(jù)!痉椒ā繙y定西鎮(zhèn)牛的體高、體長、胸圍、管圍、腰角寬和體質(zhì)量。利用12對微衛(wèi)星引物,采用PCR擴增和非變性聚丙稀酰胺凝膠電泳技術(shù),對48頭西鎮(zhèn)牛母牛進行了遺傳多樣性檢測,并統(tǒng)計分析各位點各種基因型群體與體尺性狀之間的效應(yīng)關(guān)系!窘Y(jié)果】12個微衛(wèi)星位點各基因型與西鎮(zhèn)牛生長發(fā)育性狀具有關(guān)聯(lián)性。IDVGA2、BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILSTS005、BM1824位點與體高,BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILSTS005、ETH10、DAVG44位點與體長,IDVGA2、DVGA55、HEL9、ILST093、IDVGA27、BM1824位點與胸圍,IDVGA2、ETH225、DAVG44位點與管圍,BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、BM1905、ILSTS005、ILST093、ETH10位點與腰角寬,IDVGA2、BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILST093、BM1824位點與體質(zhì)量具有顯著或極顯著的效應(yīng)關(guān)系!窘Y(jié)論】篩選出了對西鎮(zhèn)牛生長發(fā)育性狀具有正效應(yīng)的等位基因45個,具有負(fù)效應(yīng)的等位基因40個,可用于指導(dǎo)西鎮(zhèn)牛育種實踐。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the correlation between 12 microsatellite DNA and the growth traits of Xizhen cattle, and to provide a theoretical basis for the conservation, exploitation and utilization of the cattle breed resources.
