西鎮(zhèn)牛微衛(wèi)星DNA與生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)性分析

【摘要】:【目的】分析12個(gè)微衛(wèi)星DNA與西鎮(zhèn)牛長(zhǎng)發(fā)育性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)性,為西鎮(zhèn)牛品種資源保護(hù)和開發(fā)利用提供理論依據(jù)!痉椒ā繙y(cè)定西鎮(zhèn)牛的體高、體長(zhǎng)、胸圍、管圍、腰角寬和體質(zhì)量。利用12對(duì)微衛(wèi)星引物,采用PCR擴(kuò)增和非變性聚丙稀酰胺凝膠電泳技術(shù),對(duì)48頭西鎮(zhèn)牛母牛進(jìn)行了遺傳多樣性檢測(cè),并統(tǒng)計(jì)分析各位點(diǎn)各種基因型群體與體尺性狀之間的效應(yīng)關(guān)系!窘Y(jié)果】12個(gè)微衛(wèi)星位點(diǎn)各基因型與西鎮(zhèn)牛生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育性狀具有關(guān)聯(lián)性。IDVGA2、BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILSTS005、BM1824位點(diǎn)與體高,BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILSTS005、ETH10、DAVG44位點(diǎn)與體長(zhǎng),IDVGA2、DVGA55、HEL9、ILST093、IDVGA27、BM1824位點(diǎn)與胸圍,IDVGA2、ETH225、DAVG44位點(diǎn)與管圍,BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、BM1905、ILSTS005、ILST093、ETH10位點(diǎn)與腰角寬,IDVGA2、BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILST093、BM1824位點(diǎn)與體質(zhì)量具有顯著或極顯著的效應(yīng)關(guān)系。【結(jié)論】篩選出了對(duì)西鎮(zhèn)牛生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育性狀具有正效應(yīng)的等位基因45個(gè),具有負(fù)效應(yīng)的等位基因40個(gè),可用于指導(dǎo)西鎮(zhèn)牛育種實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the correlation between 12 microsatellite DNA and the growth traits of Xizhen cattle, and to provide a theoretical basis for the conservation, exploitation and utilization of the cattle breed resources.
