【摘要】：黃芪藥物資源的利用往往僅限于黃芪的根部,而黃芪莖、葉卻被大量廢棄,造成了藥物資源的嚴(yán)重浪費。試驗旨在采用益生菌發(fā)酵黃芪,研究黃芪根、莖、葉中黃酮類、皂苷類及黃芪多糖等有效成分含量的變化,以期高效利用黃芪。采用從雞腸道分離保存的一株益生菌(FGM),用于發(fā)酵黃芪的根、莖、葉。結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)FGM發(fā)酵后,黃芪根、一年生莖、兩年生莖、一年生葉、兩年生葉中粗多糖含量分別提高177.46%、227.27%、207.11%、170.61%、182.28%;總黃酮含量分別提高55.67%、33.68%、30.04%、-8.17%、-6.57%;總皂苷含量分別提高68.50%、55.91%、55.71%、40.93%、46.13%。以上結(jié)果表明,利用益生菌發(fā)酵可使黃芪各部位中主要活性成分含量提高,這對高效利用黃芪、進(jìn)一步開發(fā)傳統(tǒng)中藥資源有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The utilization of Astragalus drug resources is often limited to the roots of Astragalus, but the stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus are abandoned in large quantities, which results in a serious waste of drug resources. The aim of the experiment was to study the changes of flavonoids, saponins and astragalus polysaccharides in the roots, stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus by using probiotic fermentation of Astragalus membranaceus, in order to make efficient use of Astragalus membranaceus. A probiotic strain (FGM), isolated from chicken intestines was used to ferment the roots, stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus. The results showed that the content of crude polysaccharides in Astragalus root, annual stem, biennial stem, annual leaf and biennial leaf were increased by 177.460.27 and 207.11and 170.61and 182.28. the total flavonoids were increased by 55.6770.68-8.174- 6.57and the total saponins were increased by 68.5055.91and 55.71respectively. The results showed that the content of main active components in various parts of Astragalus membranaceus could be increased by using probiotic fermentation, which was of great significance for the efficient utilization of Astragalus and the further development of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
