【摘要】：慢性腎病(CKD)屬于廣義范圍的疾病,寵物臨床中多發(fā)于老年犬貓,主要影響腎臟的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能。CKD主要的癥狀是由腎臟損傷引起的貧血、電解質(zhì)紊亂和脫水等并發(fā)癥,最終動(dòng)物會(huì)因并發(fā)癥而死亡。CKD對(duì)腎臟的損傷是不可逆且無法預(yù)防的,需要一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的治療過程。上述情況給寵物醫(yī)生制定治療方案帶來了一定的困難,也給畜主情感和經(jīng)濟(jì)上造成了很大壓力。因此,論文對(duì)貓CKD的流行、診斷和管理等方面進(jìn)行綜述,以期加深寵物醫(yī)生及畜主對(duì)于CKD的理解和預(yù)判,從而更好的管理該病。
[Abstract]:Chronic nephropathy (CKD) belongs to a broad range of diseases. In pet clinic, it mainly affects the structure and function of kidney. The main symptoms are anemia, electrolyte disorder, dehydration and other complications caused by kidney injury. Eventually, animal death due to complications. CKD damage to the kidney is irreversible and irreversible, requiring a long-term treatment process. This situation brings some difficulties to pet doctors in formulating treatment plans, and also puts great pressure on livestock owners emotionally and financially. Therefore, this paper reviews the prevalence, diagnosis and management of cat CKD in order to deepen the understanding and prediction of CKD among pet doctors and livestock owners, so as to better manage the disease.
