【摘要】：消化道表面黏液層中含有大量黏蛋白,這些黏蛋白分子側(cè)鏈往往被糖基化修飾,這些糖基在腸道菌的黏附、定植及免疫調(diào)節(jié)過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。巖藻糖是腸道黏蛋白分子側(cè)鏈中的一種重要糖基,本文總結(jié)了巖藻糖作為腸道菌黏附靶位點(diǎn)和信號(hào)調(diào)節(jié)分子,以及調(diào)節(jié)腸道功能等方面的作用。
[Abstract]:There are a lot of mucin in mucus layer of digestive tract. These mucin molecular side chains are often modified by glycosylation. These glycosyl groups play an important role in the process of adhesion, colonization and immunomodulation of intestinal bacteria. Fucose is an important sugar group in the side chain of intestinal mucin molecules. In this paper, the role of fucose as the adhesion target site and signal regulating molecule of intestinal bacteria and the regulation of intestinal function are summarized.
