【摘要】：建立兔斯氏艾美耳球蟲(chóng)感染模型,為研究斯氏艾美耳球蟲(chóng)感染兔的有效防治方法提供適合的動(dòng)物模型。2月齡普通級(jí)新西蘭兔16只,分組單籠飼養(yǎng)。從自然感染的肝臟中收集斯氏艾美耳球蟲(chóng)卵囊,培養(yǎng)孢子化,孢子化的卵囊1.0×105個(gè)/mL,3mL孢子化卵囊口服感染新西蘭兔,建立兔斯氏艾美耳球蟲(chóng)感染模型,并對(duì)感染1個(gè)月后的新西蘭兔的肝臟、十二指腸進(jìn)行病理學(xué)觀察比較。結(jié)果顯示:斯氏艾美耳球蟲(chóng)對(duì)新西蘭兔部分致病性觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),新西蘭兔在感染后出現(xiàn)明顯的臨床癥狀,嚴(yán)重制約了其生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。形態(tài)學(xué)觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)肝臟感染嚴(yán)重,表面布滿(mǎn)白色結(jié)節(jié),膽囊中膽汁濃稠,顏色呈金黃色,而十二指腸雖未感染球蟲(chóng),卻也有較顯著的病變。病理學(xué)觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)肝臟中存在大量斯氏艾美耳球蟲(chóng),十二指腸中不存在球蟲(chóng),但組織結(jié)構(gòu)亦被破壞,十二指腸絨毛遭到嚴(yán)重破壞。結(jié)果表明:本試驗(yàn)成功建立了兔斯氏艾美耳球蟲(chóng)感染模型。
[Abstract]:In order to provide a suitable animal model for the prevention and treatment of Eimeria skrjabini infection in rabbits, 16 New Zealand rabbits of the average age of .2 months were raised in a single cage. The oocysts of Eimeria skrjabini were collected from the naturally infected liver, and the sporulation of oocysts was cultured. The sporulated oocysts of 1.0 脳 105 / mL / mL oocysts were orally infused into New Zealand rabbits, and the infection model of Eimeria sibiricus was established. The liver and duodenum of New Zealand rabbits were observed and compared one month after infection. The results showed that there were obvious clinical symptoms in New Zealand rabbits after infection, which seriously restricted the growth and development of New Zealand rabbits. Morphological observation showed that the liver infection was serious, the surface was covered with white nodules, the bile in the gallbladder was thick and the color was golden, but the duodenum was not infected with coccidiosis, but also had obvious pathological changes. Pathological observation showed that there were a large number of Eimeria sterni in the liver and no coccidia in the duodenum, but the tissue structure was also destroyed, and the villi of the duodenum were seriously damaged. The results showed that the infection model of Eimeria sibiricus was successfully established in this experiment.
