梅花鹿茸頂端組織中骨形成蛋白和轉(zhuǎn)移生長因子的分布
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the distribution of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) and transforming growth factor- 尾 (TGF- 尾) in pilose antler top tissue and to explore the mechanism of growth and development of pilose antler. Methods: immunohistochemical technique was used to observe and semi-quantitatively analyze the distribution of BMPsTGF- 尾 1 in the tissues of the top of sika velvet antler. Results there was strong expression of VBMPs in basal cells and hair follicle cells of epidermis. There was no positive reaction in dermal cells, mesenchymal cells and prechondroblasts. With the increase of positive cells in differentiation, chondrocytes showed strong positive reaction. From the epidermis to the mesenchymal layer, the brown positive reaction of BMPs in the extracellular stroma gradually decreased, the average total cumulative optical density (IOD) decreased from the highest to the lowest, and the IOD increased gradually from the former cartilage layer to the transitional layer to the cartilage layer. But it was still significantly lower than that of the epidermis (P0.01). TGF- 尾 1 was significantly lower than that of the epidermis (P0.01). There were significant differences in the distribution of IOD in all layers (P0.05), from large to small according to the cartilage layer, transitional layer, antler skin vascular layer, anterior chondrogenic layer, mesenchymal layer, epidermis, hair follicle layer, and blood sinus. The expression of vascular and membranous formation area was strong. Conclusion: BMPs are mainly distributed in epidermis, hair follicles and chondrocytes at the top of velvet antler, but the highest expression of TGF- 尾 1 is found in epidermis.
