不同水平紫蘇籽對土種蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、脂質(zhì)指標(biāo)和免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究不同水平紫蘇添加劑對土蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、脂質(zhì)指標(biāo)、免疫功能的影響,為將其應(yīng)用于養(yǎng)禽生產(chǎn)提供理論參考。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)選取28周齡體重相近的健康產(chǎn)蛋高峰期土蛋雞360只,隨機(jī)分成4組,每組3個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)30只,試驗(yàn)雞自由飲水。1組為對照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,2、3、4組在基礎(chǔ)日糧中分別添加1%、2%、3%的加工處理后的紫蘇籽,飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)為期8周(預(yù)飼一周)。全程平均每只雞固定采食量83.33g/d,以每組每個(gè)重復(fù)為單位,計(jì)算生產(chǎn)性能指標(biāo):日均產(chǎn)蛋量、產(chǎn)蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比、種蛋合格率,蛋比重、蛋殼強(qiáng)度、蛋殼厚度、蛋形指數(shù)、濃蛋白高度、哈氏單位;測定與脂類代謝相關(guān)指標(biāo):血清總膽固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白,蛋黃膽固醇、蛋黃甘油三酯;測定與免疫機(jī)能相關(guān)指標(biāo):總蛋白、白蛋白、白球比,H5型禽流感抗體滴度、H9型禽流感抗體滴度、新城疫抗體滴度。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下:1紫蘇籽對生產(chǎn)性能的影響:添加紫蘇籽能提高種蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能,3組日均產(chǎn)蛋量顯著高于(P0.05)其它組,在產(chǎn)蛋率、平均蛋重、種蛋合格率方面,實(shí)驗(yàn)組均顯著高于(P0.05)對照組,料蛋比實(shí)驗(yàn)組顯著低于(P0.05)對照組;蛋品質(zhì)方面,除3組蛋重和蛋殼強(qiáng)度顯著高于(P0.05)其它組,其它指標(biāo)均無顯著差異,但隨著紫蘇籽添加水平的增高,所有指標(biāo)均有上升趨勢。2紫蘇籽對脂質(zhì)指標(biāo)的影響:血脂方面:2組與對照組脂質(zhì)指標(biāo)均無顯著差異,3組與4組和對照組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)相比,均存在顯著差異(P0.05),3、4組在血清總膽固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白方面均顯著高于(P0.05)對照組,且隨著紫蘇籽添加量的增高,有上升趨勢,低密度脂蛋白顯著低于對照組,且隨著紫蘇籽添加量的增高,有下降趨勢;蛋脂方面:試驗(yàn)組蛋黃膽固醇均顯著低于(P0.05)對照組,2組蛋黃甘油三酯與對照組無顯著差異,3、4組蛋黃甘油三酯均顯著低于(P0.05)對照組,且隨著紫蘇籽添加水平的增加,與對照組相比各指標(biāo)均有下降趨勢;酶活方面:1、2組FAS酶活無顯著差異,3、4組FAS酶活顯著低于(P0.05)對照組,試驗(yàn)組HMG-CoA酶活均顯著低于(P0.05)對照組。3紫蘇籽對免疫功能的影響:免疫蛋白方面:試驗(yàn)組總蛋白均顯著高于(P0.05)對照組,各組問白蛋白無顯著差異,4組白球比顯著高于(P0.05)其它組,1、2、3組白球比無顯著差異,但試驗(yàn)組較對照組有上升趨勢;抗體滴度方面:3、4組血清H5、H9型禽流感抗體滴度均顯著高于(P0.05)對照組,2組H5型禽流感抗體滴度顯著高于(P0.05)對照組,其余各組差異不顯著。以上結(jié)論表明:2%的紫蘇籽能提高土種蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能,降低血脂、蛋脂,提高機(jī)體免疫能力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different levels of perilla additive on the performance, lipid index and immune function of laying hens in order to provide a theoretical reference for their application in poultry production. In the feeding experiment, 360 indigenous laying hens with similar body weight at 28 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups, 3 replicates in each group and 30 in each. The control group was treated with free drinking water. The 4 groups were fed with 3% of processed perilla seeds in the basal diet. The feeding experiment lasted 8 weeks (one week before feeding). The average fixed feed intake per chicken was 83.33 g / d, and the production performance indexes were calculated as follows: average daily egg production, egg laying rate, average egg weight, feed to egg ratio, qualified rate, egg specific gravity, eggshell strength, eggshell thickness, egg shape index. Determination of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, egg yolk cholesterol, triglyceride of egg yolk; The related indexes of immune function were determined: total protein, titer of H5 avian influenza antibody, titer of H9 avian influenza antibody and Newcastle disease antibody titer. The results were as follows: the effect of perilla seed on production performance was as follows: adding perilla seed could improve the production performance of laying hens. The average daily egg production of the three groups was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P0.05), and the egg laying rate, average egg weight and egg qualified rate were significantly higher than those of the other groups. The egg quality of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), the egg weight and eggshell strength of the three groups were significantly higher than that of the other groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in other indexes. However, with the increase of perilla seed supplementation level, all indexes showed an upward trend. 2 the effect of perilla seed on lipid index: there was no significant difference in lipid index between group 2 and control group in blood lipids, the indexes of lipid in group 3, group 4 and control group were higher than those in group 3 and group 4, respectively. There were significant differences (P0.05) in serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein in the four groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05), and with the increase of perilla seed addition, there was an upward trend, low density lipoprotein was significantly lower than that of the control group. Egg fat: the cholesterol of egg yolk in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group in the triglyceride content of egg yolk triglyceride in the trial group and in the control group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group in the content of triglyceride of egg yolk. With the increase of perilla seed supplementation level, each index showed a downward trend compared with the control group, and there was no significant difference in the activity of FAS enzyme between the two groups. The FAS enzyme activity of the 4 groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the activity of FAS between the two groups (P0.05). The activity of HMG-CoA enzyme in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The effect of perilla seed on immune function in the control group: the total protein in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the white ball ratio between the four groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the white ball ratio of the other groups (P0.05), but there was an upward trend in the test group compared with the control group. The titer of serum H5 H9 type avian influenza antibody in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference among the other groups. The results showed that 2% perilla seed could improve the performance of native layer hens, reduce blood lipid and egg fat, and improve immune ability.
