【摘要】：發(fā)酵床養(yǎng)雞技術(shù)是一種新型的生態(tài)養(yǎng)雞技術(shù),它通過(guò)對(duì)有益微生物進(jìn)行擴(kuò)大培養(yǎng)形成母種,再將適當(dāng)比例輔料、活性劑混合發(fā)酵形成有機(jī)墊料,在微生物的作用下,實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)污染、零排放,有效解決了雞糞帶來(lái)的環(huán)境污染等問(wèn)題。作為一種環(huán)保養(yǎng)雞模式,發(fā)酵床養(yǎng)殖模式與常規(guī)籠養(yǎng)模式相比,可明顯改善雞舍環(huán)境,減少疾病發(fā)生,提高雞肉品質(zhì),降低養(yǎng)殖成本,其應(yīng)用前景非常廣闊。文章主要對(duì)發(fā)酵床的種類(lèi)、功能菌群組成、養(yǎng)雞技術(shù)優(yōu)點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題等方面進(jìn)行綜述,為畜牧養(yǎng)殖和動(dòng)物保健提供新的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:The technology of raising chicken in fermenting bed is a new kind of ecological chicken raising technology. It forms the mother species by expanding the cultivation of beneficial microbes, and then ferments the appropriate proportion of auxiliary materials to form organic mats by mixed fermentation with active agents, under the action of microbes. Realize no pollution, zero discharge, effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by chicken manure. As a kind of environmental protection chicken breeding model, the fermentation bed breeding model can obviously improve the environment of chicken house, reduce the incidence of disease, improve the quality of chicken and reduce the cost of breeding, compared with the conventional cage breeding model. The application prospect of the model is very broad. In this paper, the kinds of fermenting beds, the composition of functional bacteria, the technical advantages and existing problems of chicken raising were reviewed, which provided a new development direction for animal husbandry and animal health care.
