大針茅草產(chǎn)品對(duì)肉羊營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化代謝的影響
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effect of Stipa grandis product on nutrient digestibility and metabolism of meat sheep, and to provide scientific basis for determining the optimum feeding morphology of Stipa grandis. Twelve 8-month-old Ujimuqin rams were randomly divided into 4 groups. The experimental sheep in each group were fed with Stipa arundinacea, Stipa granulosa, clover and powder, respectively. After the 17-day feeding trial (10 days pretest), three sheep were selected for digestion and metabolism test in accordance with the method of collecting feces and urine in each group. The apparent digestibility of nutrients and the corresponding indexes of nitrogen balance were measured. [results] the feed intake rate and the apparent digestibility of dry matter (DM) were the highest. The apparent digestibility of CP was significantly higher than that of other treatments (P0.05), and the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) was the highest. It was significantly higher than thatch powder (P0.05). The average nitrogen absorptivity and total nitrogen utilization efficiency were (72.11 鹵0.02)% and (51.79 鹵0.04), which were significantly higher than those of other treatments (P0.05). [conclusion] the feeding rate, apparent digestibility, nitrogen absorption rate and total nitrogen utilization efficiency of the treatments fed with the pellets were significantly higher than those of the other treatments, but there was no significant difference between Stipa grandis and Stipa grandis (P0.05). [conclusion] the feeding rate, apparent digestibility, nitrogen absorption rate and total nitrogen utilization efficiency of the treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments. It is the most suitable feeding form for Uzhimuqin sheep.
