piRNA的形成及其在雌性動物中生物學功能研究進展

【摘要】:piRNA是繼siRNA和miRNA之后發(fā)現(xiàn)的一類新型非編碼小RNA,其與Piwi蛋白協(xié)同作用參與piRNA通路,保護動物生殖細胞的遺傳信息免受分子寄生蟲如轉(zhuǎn)座子的有害影響。近年來,人們對piRNA發(fā)生過程的相關蛋白及生物學作用做了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)多種Piwi亞家族蛋白能與piRNA結(jié)合形成Piwi-piRNA復合體,通過表觀遺傳調(diào)控參與生殖細胞形成與發(fā)育、生殖干細胞分化、性別決定等生物學功能。本文主要圍繞piRNA的形成及特點、Piwi-piRNA復合體發(fā)揮生物學作用的方式、piRNA在雌性動物中的生物學功能這3個方面對近期的研究進展進行綜述,為深入探究piRNA調(diào)控雌性動物繁殖機制提供參考。
[Abstract]:PiRNA is a new type of noncoding small RNAs discovered after siRNA and miRNA. The interaction of piRNA with Piwi protein is involved in the piRNA pathway and protects the genetic information of animal germ cells from harmful effects of molecular parasites such as transposons. In recent years, many kinds of Piwi subfamily proteins have been found to bind with piRNA to form Piwi-piRNA complex, which are involved in germ cell formation and development through epigenetic regulation. Reproductive stem cell differentiation, sex determination and other biological functions. In this paper, the recent research progress on the biological function of piRNA in female animals is reviewed, focusing on the formation and characteristics of Piwi-piRNA complex and the way in which piwi-piRNA complex plays a biological role. It provides a reference for further exploring the mechanism of piRNA regulating the reproduction of female animals.
