彭縣黃雞產(chǎn)蛋率和累計(jì)產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)曲線擬合分析

【摘要】:【目的】探討彭縣黃雞產(chǎn)蛋率和產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)變化規(guī)律,為提高其產(chǎn)蛋性能提供理論依據(jù)!痉椒ā拷y(tǒng)計(jì)彭縣黃雞選育群體21~43周齡的每周產(chǎn)蛋率和累計(jì)產(chǎn)蛋數(shù),采用伍德、分室和楊寧模型對(duì)產(chǎn)蛋率曲線進(jìn)行擬合分析,以及采用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型對(duì)累計(jì)產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)曲線進(jìn)行擬合分析,并與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)值進(jìn)行比較!窘Y(jié)果】楊寧模型的擬合度最高(R~2=0.968),分室模型的次之(R~2=0.908),伍德模型的效果最差(R~2=0.787),楊寧模型的預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)際觀察值最接近;Von Bertalanffy模型對(duì)累積產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)曲線的擬合度最高(R~2=0.998),預(yù)測(cè)的拐點(diǎn)產(chǎn)蛋周齡為13.386周,拐點(diǎn)產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)為48.534枚,預(yù)計(jì)累積產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)85.13枚,比實(shí)際低1.31枚。【結(jié)論】楊寧模型和Von Bertalanffy模型分別對(duì)彭縣黃雞的產(chǎn)蛋率和累計(jì)產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)擬合效果最佳,可用于彭縣黃雞產(chǎn)蛋規(guī)律的預(yù)測(cè)和分析,可為彭縣黃雞的選育和飼養(yǎng)管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the rule of egg laying rate and egg number variation in Pengxian yellow hens, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving their egg laying performance. [methods] the weekly egg laying rate and accumulative egg number of 21 ~ 43 weeks old selected populations of Pengxian yellow hens were analyzed, and Wood was used. The egg yield curve was fitted by compartments and Yang Ning models, and the cumulative egg number curve was analyzed by logistic Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy models. Compared with actual production value, Yang Ning model had the best fit (RG2N 0.968), division model had the second place (RG2O0.908), Wood model had the worst effect (RP20.7087), and the predicted value of Yang Ning model was closest to the observed value of Von Bertalanffy model for cumulative production. The curve of egg number had the highest fitting (R _ (2) 0. 998), and the predicted age of egg laying was 13.386 weeks at the inflection point. The number of eggs laid at inflexion point was 48.534, and the cumulative number of eggs was 85.13, which was 1.31 lower than the actual number. [conclusion] Yang Ning model and Von Bertalanffy model were the best fitting results for egg production rate and accumulative egg number of Pengxian yellow hens, respectively. It can be used to predict and analyze the laying rules of yellow chickens in Pengxian County and provide reference for breeding and raising management of yellow chickens in Pengxian County.
