【摘要】：本試驗旨在研究復合微生物發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉對肉仔雞生長性能、腸道微生物數(shù)量和抗氧化能力的影響。選取7日齡黃羽肉仔雞150只,隨機分為3組,每組10個重復,每個重復5只雞。對照組飼喂不添加發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉的基礎飼糧,試驗組分別飼喂添加5%和10%發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉的試驗飼糧。試驗期49 d。結果表明,與對照組相比:1)飼糧添加5%和10%的發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉能夠顯著提高肉仔雞的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P0.05),并且飼糧添加10%的發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉能夠顯著降低料重比(P0.05);2)飼糧添加10%的發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉能夠顯著或極顯著提高28日齡的肝臟指數(shù)、腎臟指數(shù)以及56日齡的腎臟指數(shù)、胸腺指數(shù)(P0.05或P0.01);3)飼糧添加10%的發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉能夠極顯著降低28日齡盲腸大腸桿菌數(shù)量(P0.01),飼糧添加5%和10%的發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉能夠極顯著增加28和56日齡盲腸乳酸桿菌的數(shù)量(P0.05);4)飼糧添加5%和10%的發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉能夠極顯著提高血清抗超氧陰離子自由基和抑制羥自由基能力(P0.01),并極顯著降低28日齡血清丙二醛含量(P0.01)。由此可見,飼糧添加發(fā)酵玉米蛋白粉能夠有效促進肉仔雞生長,優(yōu)化腸道菌群結構,提高抗氧化能力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of compound microbial fermentation corn protein meal on growth performance, intestinal microorganism quantity and antioxidant capacity of broilers. 150 yellow broilers of 7 days old were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 5 chickens in each group. The control group was fed basic diet without fermenting corn protein powder, and the experimental group was fed with 5% and 10% fermented corn protein powder respectively. The experimental period was 49 days. The results show that Compared with the control group, addition of 5% and 10% fermented corn protein powder significantly increased the average daily intake and average daily gain of broilers (P0.05), and 10% fermented corn protein meal significantly decreased the ratio of feed to weight (P0.05). Dietary supplementation of 10% fermented corn protein powder significantly or extremely significantly increased liver index at 28 days of age. The kidney index and the kidney index at 56 days old, Thymus index (P0.05 or P0.01) was significantly reduced by adding 10% fermented corn protein powder to diet (P0.01), and 5% and 10% of fermented corn protein powder added to diet significantly increased the lactate content of 28 and 56 days old caecum (P0.01). Addition of 5% and 10% corn protein powder could significantly improve the ability of resisting superoxide anion free radical and inhibiting hydroxyl radical (P0.01), and decrease the content of malondialdehyde in serum of 28 days old (P0.01). It can be seen that adding fermented corn protein powder into the diet can effectively promote the growth of broilers, optimize the intestinal microflora structure, and improve the antioxidant capacity.
