【摘要】：為研究聚維酮碘對黃羽肉雞生產(chǎn)性能和免疫功能的影響,試驗將2 520只1日齡黃羽肉雞隨機(jī)分成3個處理組,每個處理組6個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)140只,試驗期為64 d。A組為空白對照組;B組在A組日糧基礎(chǔ)上添加抗生素;C組在A組飲水基礎(chǔ)上添加聚維酮碘口服液。結(jié)果:1與空白組對比,1~21日齡,B組和C組的成活率均顯著提高(P0.05),22~42日齡,B組和C組的料肉比均顯著降低(P0.05),43~63日齡和全程階段,C組的平均日增重顯著提高(P0.05);2C組血液總蛋白、白蛋白含量升高(P0.05),血清丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、尿酸含量降低(P0.05)。21日齡C組的H5亞型流感病毒抗體效價與A組和B組有極顯著差異(P0.01)。綜合生產(chǎn)性能和免疫指標(biāo)的結(jié)果,聚維酮碘口服液具有推廣價值。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of povidone iodine on the performance and immune function of yellow feather broilers, 2,520 1-day-old yellow feather broilers were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups, 6 replicates in each treatment group and 140 in each treatment group. During the trial period, 64 d.A was a blank control group. Group B added povidone iodine oral liquid on the basis of drinking water to group A on the basis of diet. Results compared with the control group, the survival rate of group B and C were significantly increased (P0.05) the feed to meat ratio of group B and C were significantly decreased (P0.05) the average daily gain of group C was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05), and the average daily gain of group C was significantly higher than that of group C (P0.05), and the average daily gain of group C was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05), and the average daily gain of group C was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05). Albumin content increased (P0.05), serum alanine aminotransferase, uric acid content decreased (P0.05) .21-day-old group C H5 subtype influenza virus antibody titer was significantly different from A and B groups (P0.01). According to the results of production performance and immune index, povidone iodine oral solution is worth popularizing.
