酶解毛血肽對母豬繁殖性能、血液生化指標(biāo)、養(yǎng)分消化率的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)選取胎次、體重相近、健康狀況良好的二元母豬(大白×長白)108頭,采用單因子試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),隨機(jī)分為6個(gè)處理,每個(gè)處理18個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭母豬。處理一為對照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧;處理二至處理六為試驗(yàn)組,分別飼喂添加0.5%、1%、2%、3%、4%酶解毛血肽的日糧。試驗(yàn)從母豬配種后開始,到母豬斷奶后再次發(fā)情配種結(jié)束。研究結(jié)果表明:在母豬妊娠期日糧中添加酶解毛血肽后,提高了母豬初乳品質(zhì),其中當(dāng)妊娠期日糧中添加0.5%酶解毛血肽時(shí),初乳的乳蛋白提高了28.55%(P=0.074),非乳脂固體提高了26.76%(P=0.071);母豬產(chǎn)仔性能提高,其中當(dāng)妊娠期日糧中添加0.5%酶解毛血肽時(shí),初生窩重提高了13.57%(P=0.078);降低了母豬妊娠期血清尿素氮含量,提高了IgG(免疫球蛋白G)含量,其中當(dāng)日糧中添加1%酶解毛血肽時(shí),血清尿素氮降低了24.29%(P0.05),日糧中添加4%酶解毛血肽時(shí),血清中IgG(免疫球蛋白G)含量提高了26.25%(P=0.159);但對母豬妊娠期各階段營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化率無影響。在母豬泌乳期日糧中添加酶解毛血肽后,提高了哺乳仔豬生長性能,其中當(dāng)泌乳日糧中添加0.5%酶解毛血肽時(shí),斷奶窩重提高了13.37%(P0.05),斷奶仔豬平均重提高了10.74%(P0.05);但對母豬泌乳期血液生化指標(biāo)和血清抗體水平、泌乳期營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化率、斷奶后發(fā)情時(shí)間間隔無影響。綜合本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,在日糧中添加酶解毛血肽可提高母豬的繁殖性能和增強(qiáng)母豬免疫力、降低血清尿素水平。在母豬日糧中添加0.5%酶解毛血肽時(shí)效果最佳。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, 108 sows (big white 脳 long white) with similar birth weight and good health were selected, and were randomly divided into 6 treatments, 18 replicates per treatment, and 1 sows per replica. Treatment 1 was the control group, fed basic diet, and treatment 2 to 6 was the experimental group, which was fed the diet supplemented with 0. 5% and 3% hydrolysate triglyceride, respectively. The experiment began after sow breeding and ended after weaning. The results showed that the quality of porcine colostrum was improved after the addition of enzymatic hemagglutinin to the diet during gestation, especially when 0.5% hemagglutinin was added to the diet during gestation. The milk protein of colostrum increased 28.55% (P0. 074), the solid of non-milk fat increased 26. 76% (P0. 071), the litter performance of sows was improved, and the litter weight increased by 13. 57% (P0. 078) when adding 0.5% enzyme to the diet during pregnancy, and decreased the serum urea nitrogen content of sows during pregnancy. The content of IgG (immunoglobulin G) was increased. The serum urea nitrogen decreased by 24.29% (P0.05) when 1% enzyme hydrolyzed capillary hemopeptide was added to the diet on the same day, and 4% enzyme hydrolyzed hairy blood peptide was added into the diet on the same day, and the serum urea nitrogen decreased by 24.29% (P0.05). The content of IgG (immunoglobulin G) in serum increased by 26.25% (P _ (0.159), but it had no effect on the digestibility of nutrients in different stages of gestation. The growth performance of suckling piglets was improved with the addition of enzyme hydrolyzed hairy blood peptide into the lactation diet, especially when 0.5% enzyme hydrolyzed haemorrhagic peptide was added to the lactating diet. Weaning litter weight increased by 13.37% (P0.05), weaning piglets increased by 10.74% (P0.05), but there was no effect on blood biochemical index and serum antibody level, digestibility of nutrients in lactation period and estrus interval after weaning. According to the results of this experiment, the addition of enzymatic hemopeptide to the diet can improve the reproductive performance of sows, enhance the immunity of sows, and reduce the level of serum urea. The best effect was obtained when 0.5% enzyme was added to the diet of sows.
