飼糧添加抗生素和植物精油對(duì)母豬生產(chǎn)性能、免疫功能和乳成分的影響

【摘要】:本文旨在考察妊娠后期母豬飼糧添加酒石酸泰萬(wàn)菌素(TT)與植物精油(PEO)對(duì)其生產(chǎn)性能、免疫功能和乳成分的影響。試驗(yàn)選用24頭體重相近的3~4胎次"長(zhǎng)×大"繁殖母豬,隨機(jī)分為3組:1)對(duì)照組:基礎(chǔ)飼糧;2)TT組:基礎(chǔ)飼糧+100 mg/kg TT;3)PEO組:基礎(chǔ)飼糧+200 mg/kg PEO。每組8個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭豬。試驗(yàn)期為妊娠第96天至斷奶。結(jié)果顯示,飼糧添加TT和PEO可改善母豬生產(chǎn)性能;與對(duì)照組和TT組相比,PEO組死胎率分別降低了71.43%和53.33%(P0.05),斷奶存活率分別提高了1.17%和1.60%(P0.05),木乃伊率較對(duì)照組降低了50.00%(P0.05);PEO組母豬分娩第1、14和21天、TT組母豬分娩第21天血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A含量均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);PEO組母豬分娩第14天乳清Ig G、Ig M含量也顯著高于其他2組(P0.05),同時(shí)其分娩第21天乳清Ig G含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);PEO組母豬分娩第21天乳脂含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。綜上所述,飼糧添加TT和PEO均能在不同程度上改善母豬生產(chǎn)性能與免疫功能,但與TT相比,PEO效果更好,具有替代TT在妊娠母豬上應(yīng)用的潛力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of tevanosin tartrate (TT) and plant essential oil (PEO) on the production performance, immune function and milk composition of sows fed in late pregnancy. Twenty-four sows with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (n = 3): basal diet group (n = 2) TT: basal diet 100 mg/kg TT3) PEO group: basal diet 200 mg/kg PEO. There were 8 replicates in each group and 1 pig in each group. The trial period was from the 96 th day of pregnancy to weaning. The results showed that dietary supplementation of TT and PEO could improve the performance of sows. Compared with the control group and TT group, the stillbirth rate of PEO group decreased by 71.43% and 53.33% (P0.05), the weaning survival rate increased by 1.17% and 1.60% (P0.05), and the mummy rate decreased by 50.00% (P0.05) compared with the control group. The content of globulin (Ig) A was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The content of Ig G G M in whey of the PEO group was also significantly higher than that of the other two groups on the 14th day of labor (P0.05), and the content of Ig G in the whey on the 21st day of delivery was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05) on the 21st day of delivery. The content of milk fat was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). To sum up, dietary supplementation of TT and PEO could improve the performance and immune function of sows to some extent, but compared with TT, PEO had better effect and had the potential to replace TT in pregnant sows.
