【摘要】：正貓泌尿系統(tǒng)結石是比較常見的疾病,可引起排尿困難、尿頻且量少等問題,包括腎結石、膀胱結石、尿道結石等,嚴重影響貓體健康。結石的形成原因比較復雜,既有自身體質(zhì)問題,也有貓糧質(zhì)量問題。普遍性的原因有尿滯留、尿液中的高濃度鹽、pH改變、病灶和尿液中結晶抑制劑濃度下降等。結石的成分主要為尿酸鹽、草酸鈣、磷酸鹽等。針對不同結石成分,可采取不同治療方式。1發(fā)病經(jīng)過及癥狀2015年6月,義烏錦苑寵物醫(yī)院接診一例貓排尿困難病例,患貓2歲,雄性,已絕育,精神不振,排
[Abstract]:Urinary calculi in orthotopic cats are common diseases, which can cause dysuria, frequent urination and low volume of urine, including kidney stones, bladder stones, urethral calculi and so on, which seriously affect the health of cats. The causes of stone formation are complicated, both physical problems and cat food quality problems. The common reasons are retention of urine, change of pH of high concentration salt in urine, decrease of concentration of crystal inhibitor in focus and urine, etc. The main components of stones are uric acid, calcium oxalate, phosphate and so on.
