噴霧通風(fēng)降溫系統(tǒng)對(duì)牛舍溫濕環(huán)境及肉牛血清無機(jī)離子的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)選用16頭錦江黃牛,并隨機(jī)分為2組,其中一組安裝噴霧通風(fēng)降溫系統(tǒng),一組僅安裝風(fēng)機(jī)通風(fēng)降溫。通過測定試驗(yàn)前后溫濕度及肉牛血清中各無機(jī)離子濃度,以研究噴霧通風(fēng)降溫系統(tǒng)對(duì)舍內(nèi)溫濕環(huán)境及肉牛血清無機(jī)離子的影響。結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)組噴霧期間平均溫度比對(duì)照組低2.70℃(P0.01),平均相對(duì)濕度比對(duì)照組高13.73%(P0.01);每個(gè)噴霧周期(15min)內(nèi),相比對(duì)照組,試驗(yàn)組溫度減緩上升0.12℃,相對(duì)濕度減緩下降0.21%。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí),試驗(yàn)組牛血清中K+及Na+含量分別比對(duì)照組顯著高19.13%及13.59%(P0.05);且兩組中Cl-及P2-含量差異不顯著,而試驗(yàn)組牛血清中Ca2+含量比對(duì)照組顯著減少7.96%(P0.05)。以上結(jié)果可知,噴霧通風(fēng)降溫系統(tǒng)可以改善肉牛舍溫濕環(huán)境,并減少血液中無機(jī)離子的流失,有利于保持機(jī)體電解質(zhì)平衡,緩解肉牛夏季熱應(yīng)激。
[Abstract]:Sixteen Jinjiang cattle were selected and randomly divided into two groups: one group was equipped with spray ventilation and cooling system, the other group only installed fan ventilation cooling system. The effects of spray ventilation and cooling system on indoor temperature and humidity environment and serum inorganic ions of beef cattle were studied by measuring temperature and humidity and the concentration of inorganic ions in the serum of beef cattle before and after the experiment.
