【摘要】：為了研究群體飼養(yǎng)及單籠飼養(yǎng)對于比格犬血液學(xué)和血清生化指標(biāo)的影響,并提供GLP條件下新藥臨床前安全性評價中動物飼養(yǎng)方式的科學(xué)性依據(jù),采用20只比格犬,分為2組,交叉進(jìn)行為期2周的群體飼養(yǎng)和單籠飼養(yǎng),每周采集血液進(jìn)行血液學(xué)和血清生化指標(biāo)的檢測。結(jié)果顯示,群養(yǎng)與單籠飼養(yǎng)相比,對比格犬的血液學(xué)及血清生化指標(biāo)無不良影響。在新藥臨床前安全性評價中可以針對動物的不同毒性反應(yīng)的程度,遵照獸醫(yī)的意見采用不同的飼養(yǎng)方式,以最大程度保證動物福利。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of group feeding and single cage feeding on blood and serum biochemical indexes of beagle dogs, and to provide scientific basis for animal feeding in the pre clinical safety assessment of new drugs under GLP conditions, 20 beagle dogs were used in 2 groups, cross for 2 weeks of group feeding and single cage rearing, and blood was collected weekly for blood. The results showed that compared with the single cage rearing, there was no adverse effect on the hematology and serum biochemical indexes of the dog. In the pre clinical safety assessment of the new drug, the degree of the different toxicity of the animals could be observed in accordance with the veterinary advice. The welfare of things.
