【摘要】：從四川省某規(guī)�；J猴養(yǎng)殖基地的病死獼猴的臟器及腸道內(nèi)容物中分離到1株可疑菌,對(duì)其純化培養(yǎng)、革蘭染色和生化鑒定后進(jìn)行了分子水平鑒定,包括ipa H基因和wzy基因測(cè)定、16S r RNA基因序列分析,并進(jìn)行了致病性分析及藥敏試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示,該分離菌符合宋內(nèi)氏志賀菌生物學(xué)及分子學(xué)特性,對(duì)小鼠具有較強(qiáng)致病性。16S r RNA基因多序列比對(duì),繪制遺傳距離及遺傳發(fā)育樹,證明其與2株宋內(nèi)氏志賀菌(CP010829.1和HE616528.1)遺傳距離最小,均為0.001。藥敏試驗(yàn)顯示,該菌株對(duì)頭孢類等4類藥物敏感,對(duì)青霉素類等6類藥物耐藥。結(jié)果表明,該分離株為宋內(nèi)氏志賀菌且具有較強(qiáng)的致病性和耐藥性。
[Abstract]:A strain of suspicious bacteria was isolated from organs and intestinal contents of diseased and dead rhesus monkeys in a large-scale breeding base of rhesus mulatta in Sichuan Province. The bacteria were purified, cultured, and identified by Gram staining and biochemical identification at molecular level. The sequence analysis of 16s r RNA gene of ipa H gene and wzy gene was carried out, and the pathogenicity analysis and drug sensitivity test were carried out. The results showed that the isolated strain accorded with the biological and molecular characteristics of Shigella sonnei, and had strong pathogenicity. 16s r RNA gene multiple sequence alignment, genetic distance and genetic development tree were plotted. It was proved that the genetic distance between the two strains of Shigella sonnei (CP010829.1 and HE616528.1) was the smallest, which was 0.001. The drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to four kinds of drugs such as cephalosporins and was resistant to 6 kinds of drugs such as penicillin. The results showed that the strain was Shigella sonnei and had strong pathogenicity and resistance.
