酵母菌發(fā)酵玉米皮制備菌體蛋白飼料

【摘要】:玉米皮是玉米加工過(guò)程中的主要副產(chǎn)品,其營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值豐富,可作為緩和資源短缺和降低工業(yè)成本的優(yōu)質(zhì)飼料來(lái)源,但目前各玉米淀粉廠對(duì)其的綜合利用不夠完全,導(dǎo)致部分資源浪費(fèi)。本文采用飼料國(guó)標(biāo)測(cè)定法對(duì)玉米皮中纖維素類等有效成分進(jìn)行測(cè)定,并以玉米皮為原材料,采用畢赤酵母菌2.3250發(fā)酵的方法降解玉米皮中的纖維素類物質(zhì),使其充分轉(zhuǎn)化為高附加值的飼料蛋白。結(jié)果表明:玉米皮中的纖維素和半纖維素含量分別為16.40%和47.68%,蛋白質(zhì)含量為11.49%,淀粉含量為15.50%,脂肪含量為2.73%,木質(zhì)素含量為5.41%。另外,利用畢赤酵母菌轉(zhuǎn)化玉米皮時(shí),在無(wú)蛋白胨添加的情況下,25℃恒溫培養(yǎng)48h,畢赤酵母菌濃度最高,為2.31×107個(gè)/m L。經(jīng)過(guò)微生物發(fā)酵,玉米皮中纖維素含量由16.40%降到6.22%,半纖維素含量由47.68%降到33.45%。該研究對(duì)玉米皮的重要組分進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,為利用酵母菌發(fā)酵玉米皮生產(chǎn)高附加值的菌體蛋白飼料等后續(xù)研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Corn husk is the main by-product of corn processing process, and its nutritive value is rich, which can be used as a good feed source to alleviate the shortage of resources and reduce the industrial cost. However, the comprehensive utilization of corn husk in various corn starch plants is not complete at present. Lead to part of the waste of resources. In this paper, the effective components such as cellulose in corn husk were determined by the method of feed national standard, and the cellulose substances in corn husk were degraded by yeast 2.3250 fermenting method with corn husk as raw material. So that it is fully converted to high added value feed protein. The results showed that the contents of cellulose and hemicellulose in corn husk were 16.40% and 47.68%, the content of protein was 11.49, the content of starch was 15.50, the content of fat was 2.7333 and the content of lignin was 5.41.
