【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧中添加綠狐尾藻對(duì)武鴨生長(zhǎng)性能、屠宰性能和免疫器官指數(shù)的影響,以確定綠狐尾藻在臨武鴨飼糧中適宜添加水平。選用30日齡健康、體重相近的臨武鴨480只,隨機(jī)分為3組,每組設(shè)4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)40只。1組(對(duì)照組)飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,2組、3組分別飼喂含10%、20%綠狐尾藻的試驗(yàn)飼糧。試驗(yàn)期28 d。44和58日齡時(shí)進(jìn)行屠宰,測(cè)定活體重、屠體率、半凈膛率、全凈膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、皮脂率和免疫器官指數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,1)30~44日齡和45~58日齡,3組的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比與2組、對(duì)照組相比均顯著提高(P0.05),但2組與對(duì)照組之間無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。2)44和58日齡,各組之間活體重、屠體率、半凈膛率、全凈膛率、腿肌率和皮脂率均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),2組、3組胸肌率均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。3)44日齡,各組之間胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)和法氏囊指數(shù)均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);58日齡,3組法氏囊指數(shù)顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),3組脾臟指數(shù)顯著高于對(duì)照組、2組(P0.05),各組之間胸腺指數(shù)無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。由此可見(jiàn),臨武鴨飼糧中添加10%的綠狐尾藻,對(duì)生長(zhǎng)性能、屠宰性能和免疫器官指數(shù)無(wú)明顯影響。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of green foxtail algae on growth performance, slaughtering performance and immune organ index in order to determine the appropriate level of green fox tail algae in the diet of Linwu ducks. 480 Linwu ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups. Each group was divided into 4 replicates and 40 repeats (control group). Each group was fed with the experimental diet containing 10 ~ 20% green foxtail alga. The live weight, carcass rate, half bore rate, total bore rate, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate, sebum rate and immune organ index were measured at 28 d.44 and 58 days of age. The results showed that the average daily gain, average daily intake and feed weight ratio of the three groups were significantly higher than those of the control group and the control group, but there was no significant difference between the 2 groups and the control group in the mean daily gain, live weight and carcass rate between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the rate of half, total, leg and sebum. The pectoralis rate of group 2 was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05). The thymus index of each group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in spleen index and bursa index of bursa of Fabricius. The index of bursa of Fabricius in the 3 groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the index of thymus was not significantly different among the three groups (P 0.05). The spleen index of the three groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the thymus index of the three groups was not significantly different from that of the control group. It can be seen that the addition of 10% green foxtail algae to the diet of Linwu duck had no significant effect on growth performance, slaughter performance and immune organ index.
